Stopped by location to get my AC checked out. Spoke with a female about the issue. After a few minutes of basically informing the young lady that most likely i would need 134 added. The young lady stated that my 2010 Chevy Truck could not be worked on due to the business only works on foreign. I say "ok" and proceed to leave. As i leave i notice in the lot.....a 00-04 Tahoe....90s Chevy Van, 05-08 F150, and a 02-05 suburban. Definitely would not recommend location

At Nepa Auto Repair, Sam is friendly, courteous, and most importantly HONEST car service provider. I do not take my car anywhere else. He texted me pictures of what was wrong with the engine and why my 'check engine' light came on. Gave me an estimate and delivered the car ready to go earlier than promised! Cannot thank him enough. Not at all recommended to buy vehicle from this business.they literally took 6.5 months to transfer my title and even after transferring they “mistakenly” mailed it to a wrong address, which means my title is lost! how silly mistake it could be? Now it will take me At least 3 weeks to file application. ( funny thing is they did the mistake now i need to give my time to file application?)
