I got my eye exam from them a couple weeks ago. When getting my exam they were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Freddy was very informative in the front when choosing glasses. He was able to explain my insurance to me very well, he was also very informative on which upgrades best worked for my needs. If available I would definitely recommend Freddy!

Don’t let the outside scare you away. They had me in and out in a timely manner. I was able to get one pair of glasses with my insurance and Miranda gave me 40% off a second pair. I am happy with my purchase and the service overall.

I have been a client of my MyEyeDr., located at 625 W. Dickey Rd, Grand Prairie, TX. 75051 for over 7 years and the eye exam I received yesterday was the most thorough and informative I’ve ever had. During the eye examination, Dr. Swati Patel, OD was very thorough, intelligent and has great assessment skills.She listened to my concerns and I appreciated her manner, approach, authenticity and professionalism. In addition, she takes the time to explain everything and honestly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her because she goes the extra mile to make sure you are fitted with the right prescription. I give her a 5-star rating without reservation.Finally, I would be remised if I did not mention the amazing staff, to include Freddy who always go’s above and beyond to assist with selecting and finding the right pair glasses. ~ M.
