I did not see that "energy" that other reviews have mentioned. I asked about getting a new phone and was told that, "all phones are good", nothing else. Then the guy went back to being on his phone.

Jazmin was awesome! She took really good care of us when we came in to switch from Sprint. Answered all of my questions, very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order.

Went into this store and got excellent customer service from Kenneth. We are older and not "tech-savy" at all. He took his time with us and made us feel comfortable with the phones. He helped us for over an hour to set things up for us on our new phones and to make sure we were comfortable. We even went back into the store, after having the phones for a few days, to ask more questions and seek more advice for simple things that we did not understand. He took his time again answering all of our questions and helping us. The features on the new phones can be intimidating to elderly people, and we sometimes need more guidance and one-on-one assistance, and Kenneth provided this to us without making us feel like we were a burden. I want to acknowledge his excellent customer service skills.
