The website says the store closes at 9 pm and it closed at 8 called the store and the manager closed a few minutes before 8. I called and he would not open. We drove 30 minutes to get a pair if shoes. Poor customer service! Website needs to be updated!!!!

Outlet store sells mostly inferior grade J&M shoes. I guess that is to be expected. The main factor that affected my rating was a rude clerk.

Great customer service!! Been there a few times and it doesn't matter who is working. If there is something that you like they check before saying no that they don't have that item. They also have on line ordering. Awesome deals as well.

Great staff, found what I needed. I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit. Staff went out of their finding ones that worked. (This was my third shoe store Saturday evening.)

I used to be an employee here for about 6/8 months and I can honestly say that we really do try our best to help our customers, the manager George is a Great leader and would help you out with whatever you need as a customer as long as is with in the guidelines and procedures that we have to follow. I saw some reviews about he didn't want to do a return and the customer posted a photo. I can honestly say that if he brought his receipt and was within the time the return or exchange would had been made. So dont let that discourage you from shopping here. The price point might be a little high for an outlet but the shoes are high quality leather not the quality from h&m or aldos. Its not just a purchase its an investment the shoes really do last when you take care of them with the leather conditioner, color and shoes trees for moisture.
