I visit most of the locations around DFW and this is one of my favorites. Jared has such a fun & positive energy that is rare at most of the other locations. He goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need… To the management team: this gentleman is worthy of any raise you may be considering giving him :)

Omgeee! Is all I have to say haha, this place is amazing it pushes me to my limits keeps me responsible for my own efforts . Customer service here is wonderful and they are very sweet and helpful, it’s always clean, fresh and welcoming. I visit here right after I go to the gym to boost my workouts and oh does it do me justice and I love the sauna affect always makes my skin glow , there’s a mini weights station and they even offer a shower it’s very relaxing and comfortable i really love coming here half the time this place is empty and you can come as you want it’s open 24/7 . I recommend to anyone who isn’t comfortable at the gym , or even someone who doesn’t like big crowds this place is perfect

The Pilates workout was too slow and too easy. The sauna didn’t seem very hot.

Don’t go here. Management is disrespectful and unprofessional. They’ll never address anything when you have a concern and will be RUDE TO YOU. But when you touch their toes they want to do something about it. Whitney is awful. Rude. Ugly on the inside. The manager is looking for work. They don’t even want to work there. You can’t expect professionalism from someone who doesn’t like their job. I was rude back to her! You are What you act like! I’m sure it’s not the first time you’ve been called names. And I’m sure it won’t be the last. Your “blessed day” comment is comical. You don’t talk like you walk with God. ?

I am a sweat everywhere customer and I come to this location quite often. It is always so clean and stocked with everything I need!! Whitney is the manager there and even though I’m not her customer she has gone above and beyond to take care of me just like I am. She’s so sweet and helpful really appreciate all of their hospitality.

I really enjoyed the workout and a sauna setting. The employee Jared, is a hard-working individual, and takes pride in his work and his skills with people. The environment is clean and worth the price you pay. I hope they are able to open more locations in the Grand Prairie area, because it such a beneficial opportunity for people health.

Whoever owns this place really needs to pay attention to overall cleanliness. There was trash everywhere, even inside the sauna rooms. There were no available cleaning wipes to wipe anything down or sanitizing spray bottles. Made this location feel low quality and I have always had amazing experiences at other Hotworx locations. Bulbs were even broken inside the sauna rooms and hanging down, as well as broken pedals.
