took my two sons (13 and 12) in for a last minute haircut the day before the first day of school. both are super picky about the haircut they wanted and without any input from myself the two ladies their were both able to give both of them a haircut that fits them perfectly. i like the cuts but better then that my sons both liked their hair cuts. so thank you to the two ladies that saved the day. will definitely be going back next month.

If you not made tip this time next time they do not going to cut properly and made fast and easy like this ladies are slaves of somebody that are exploitative . Don't give your tel number next time or looking another hair cut.

Requested style: Shaved sides
Kinda spikey on top
Stylist: Nikki is very fast and gets the job done.
Have also had hair cut from other two ladies Thao and April. All three ladies do great work.

I just visited this location and received a terrible, uneven haircut. I expressed what I was looking for, and it did not turn out correctly at all. There were huge blocks of hair that were not blended in, and the front layers were so, so bad. I asked for them to be fixed at the end and it still did not look good. I didn't believe it would be resolved here, so I had to go to another salon immediately after to have my hair fixed, after it was already shorter than I'd asked for. They told me it was incredibly uneven.
Also, during my visit, the woman cutting my hair made numerous hateful comments about multiple races. Comments that were extremely unprofessional and should not have taken place in any setting, much less a workplace with your customer.
I would not recommend this location at all.

Awesome service, checking in online was quicker, check in online is the best thing ever, no waiting. Love the haircut and the employees are super nice

Very impolite and unprofessional work. Was there today for my son's cut. I asked why some area were sparsely cut them others. Both the stylist literally pounced on me. Fir a few dollars bargain, it ist worth it

I always a great haircut from the stylists at this location. Of course, I don't have much any more on top but this Great Clips seems to do better than the other locations.

I not very happy with how these people do things. Had to brush my own hair when I'm paying them the lady was rude to me wouldn't recommend get better staff.

Went in here on a Tuesday around 4:25 PM to get my haircut and get my sides cut and it went fine at first until I asked if I can a little bit cut off on top with scissors but the some lady wearing glasses started to get an attitude with me when I wanted to get a bit off the top and she cut off about twice the length I asked for and kept moving my head a bit too aggressively to cut off my hair and she bumped my head with the razor she was using and when the time came so I can pay for my haircut and leave I made the payment and decided to not tip for my experience and the she looks up to me from the tablet and gives me a mean look for not tipping then when I waited to get my receipt she pulled it out and threw it on the counter and I had to get the receipt myself and she did it right in front of her other waiting customers and the look they had on their face were wide eyes in disbelief as they watched the lady treat me that way on the counter when I had to pay and I know that this was their first time visit too I'm definitely never coming back here again

I enjoy going to the location on Great Southwest. They don't always have a long wait like the other locations.
