They did wrong alignment for 2022 Colorado for alignment they did the wrong alignment car still pulls to the left i went back he refuse to re do it.

I do not recommend them, nothing was wrong with the work of the truck, they charged me more than what they asked for and when I returned for warranty, they did not want to solve it and responded rudely, I do not recommend it.

Came in early Saturday on May 6Spoke with Gabriel about a noise that my Toyota RAV4 was making from under the rear side , he test drove , came back and continued with checking with problem, did all was possible, finally found the problemDid some tighten on shock boltsAnd yes all noise was goneThanks for saving me time and moneyI definitely recommend this shopI would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Javi

As you see in pictures, they removed the tape weight on my alloy rims and didn't put any back because they don't know how to do the balance even after I asked them to do it right.I was there on 09-16-2022 to get mount and balance service for my two new tire on front. I noticed some wrong doing balance when they select the option on their Coats balance machine. I used to work with this balancer machine and train new employees on my previous job.What they did wrong was they only use the mode that offer clip-on weight on inboard which is button C1. The right way of doing it on my rim and most of the other aluminum rim is selecting C1 and T2. So wheel get adjustment weight to balance from in and out.I didn't say anything because I was stay far from them and did not see all of what they did.First time got to highway I find out they didn't balanced it right because my steering wheel start strong shake and speed of 60mph. Went back to give them a chance to fix their errors on 9/21/2022 and ask the worker(he is not technician) to rebalanced it. He barely spoke English so I went inside the office to explain the situation to them. A woman was at the front desk. She declined to fix it on their cost and want me to pay for their wrong doing. We went back to shop where the guy putting my tire back on balance and showing me 0.0 on outboard and -- for inboard means he repeat his mistake by selecting only inboard clip-on(C1). Later on change her mind and stating that I don't have a receipt. Again come up with another excuse that I didn't asked for two side balance!! My car had a alloy rims and they have to use stickers weight inbound and regular for out(which they removed from my rims before put theirs). I told her that when customer ask for balance, you should do it right not give them options for wrong balance and right balance.Later on they come up with another excuse that my suspension had a issue. I have been working in this industry for years and I clearly know that this new steering wheel shake is related to not having balanced wheel.I never let customer leave my shop unhappy for clear problems like this.The day they did my service I even paid both guys who work on my vehicle tip and this is what I got.I am very upset with whole shops employee because:1.They don't have proper training to do the job right2.They didn't try to make it right even after I bring the problem on.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T HAVE PROPRE TRANING AND PUT YOUR LIVE IN DANGER.SHAME ON YOUALL

This is my dependable tire and wheel shop for many years. Although I don't live in Grand Prairie, I travel there when I need used tires, tires rotated and balanced, or wheels installed. Their prices are always reasonable, service has always been while I wait, with no need for appointments. They are professional and hard working.

Was told I can get a alignment & it would take 1 hour to get to my car, 1 hour and 20 minutes pass & a man comes looks under my car & says it’s no way he can do my alignment because it’s too low. Wasted almost 2 hours of my life for him to tell me that smh. Bad customer service, just say you can’t do it ! Don’t waste people’s time.
