I got a loan on my 55" tv. When I went to pick it up it had a long scratch on the bottom of the screen. To help the situation the sold me a 43" for half price, 3 weeks later the tv stops working. I go back and they tell me there's nothing that can do. So the scratched my tv and took $90 from me!
Beware of purchasing anything from there.

This location will lowball you beyond belief. Staff heard me but wasn’t listening. Tried pawning an item as a test to gauge pawn/sell payouts from one cash america pawn to the next. This location has tried to undercut me everytime i come here at least by 40-50 bucks price difference! Go to the one off cooper street in Arlington!

Negative stars **. The manager is very prejudice, she acts fake just like her fake blond hair and not wanting to speak spanish to help customers nopalote en la cara. She judges people by how you look, what you are wearing and what language you speak. She is rude, has no business experience, she acts like if she was the owner of the company. You are losing ? money because of her.

The manager is very disrespectful. She talks to people any type of way. They’ll cheat you the price. And after they get your items, they sell it 3x the item cost. Do not go there please.

Great staff, great prices willing to work with people if you call them before your due date and if your good about getting your stuff out before due date that goes a long ways with them they will loan you more next time because they know you will be back to get it. Great people!!

Lady was pretty rude when I brought some stuff in to see how much Cash I could get and was questioning why I was asking for “to much money” and didn’t even look at the product properly and I could tell she has no product knowledge lol I could also tell she was being sarcastic with her tone of voice. Horrible customer service as well probably the worst from any pawn shop I’ve been to.
