I was charged $400. for changing front and rear struts plus adding a leaf spring to the rear. All of the parts were supplied by me and when I told owner manager my truck was shaking he didn't honor an alignment.

Saw on the news a man bought a truck from here and the transmission went out within 10 days and he brought the truck back but still hasn’t got his $ back from this place. And he paid $5k cash. Terrible. I’d stay away.

Absolutely sketchy and terrible customer service. Contacted Mike in regards to a used diesel truck, gathered all the information needed. Ran to the bank, first thing in the morning and had to drive in from out of state. Agreed on a price the night prior and a time to be there the following morning. 1 hour into my drive, get a text from him saying he sold the truck from underneath me. Not an opportunity to match the other offer if more than what was agreed. Just completely sold it. I understand business, and I understand customer service/ common courtesy. If you have someone driving in from out of state after agreeing on price and time to meet, a person or company with morals, honors their agreements. That would mean telling the other buyer that they would give the first buyer a chance to meet the new price or have first dibs, and then offer it to the second buyer. So I spent the morning running to the bank and gathering what I needed to get on the road just to have this happen. Needless to say I’m hot, and will not recommend anyone buying anything from this dealership or Mike. Customer service is the heart that makes or breaks a business, and this place obviously has none of that. Buyers beware!

Terrible Terrible Terrible place. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your time here at this car lot. My dad and I went up there to purchase a truck and everyone up there seemed so cool and trustworthy but no, looks are very deceiving and it’s been 5 months and i still have not received a license plate. I keep on having to call for new paper plates and one call with a guy named Rick didn’t end well. I called Rick in concerns of my plate status, and he immediately went off on a big rant cursing and calling me all kinds of names! ATP AUTOFINACE is a terrible terrible place to purchase vehicle from DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Went through this place when I bought a truck and I haven’t received my license plate still. HORRIBLE PLACE. Was very quick to charge me 1400$ for it though. They don’t care for you so just go somewhere else please! It’ll save you time. I’m wasting time going to renew my paper plates every time. It’s been more than 5 months
