I love this place! they did such a good job. I asked for something very simple and they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend booking with Tracy. She was very kind and did an excellent job at sculpting my nails, which I have never seen at any other nail salon here in Grand Prairie, i paid $80, 60 for the nails and 20 for the tip

Service was super fast, theyre in my neighborhood and they offered a good discount. English is my second language as well and I completely understand how it may be easier to communicate with colleagues in your own language but sometimes it's pretty obvious that you're the subject of their conversations. I think that overall all Asian nail salons could make a better effort to avoid this awkwardness and keep the customer's comfort in mind, this is self care after all. I know gel chips but their gel chipped off in less than a week. I'm not sure what they're putting in the manicure water but the skin around my cuticles is now super dry and peeling off. I think I will give them another chance, I'll just be more selective about the service I get.
ETA: They have truly redeemed themselves. I was very happy with my service today. I think this will be my new nail bar

I LOVE THIS NAIL SHOP!!!! My tech was Tina and my tech for my toes was Tracy. They took the time to listen to how I wanted my nails shaped and those hands were magical!!! I wanted to take Tracy home to do a full body massage! My feet felt Amazing and my nails looked great! Instead of putting tips on my nails , I listened to Tina and had her do dip on my nails to make them stronger. She definitely saved me $$$$ ! I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks! I know I will be requesting the two of them! Thanks Ladies?

I used to love coming here but they will never have my service again.
I took my own gel and asked them to use, again, MY GEL... and they still stated AT THE END of the service , oh no, it's the same price!
Then when I asked about it the manager made a comment , "oh so we do the work and you not want to pay? "
No ... I'm not broke woman . it's not about the paying .it's about the damn principle.
It was MY PRODUCT so why charge for it!?
Never again. That's bad service! It's okay though. That's why they rated 3 stars. It definitely shows now.
Take y'all's services elsewhere if you want to truly get what you paying for. They want to charge top dollar but can't even produce top quality nails.
They couldn't even do ombre ..stated they dnt do that w gel only powder. That is just hilarious.

Love my nails, Tina did a fantastic job. They matched my inspo pic and helped me color match. I left happy and had a surprise when I went in the dark and my nails glowed.
Update: Had all my nails almost a month later. I was doing everything in them and not one break. Nails were healthy so I had to go back for another set.

8/12/24 First time TRYING to even come here and just plain rude! Came in to ask the availability for a group right now and just rudeness!

On our part there was no rudeness at all. Simple question about availability and what we wanted. Very simple.
Your wife was rude., and must of known she was in the wrong cause after her rudeness we walked out. She then followed us outside and tried to get us to come back in. We refused. Your other reviews on here speak for themselves. On another note, we decided to go to Organic nail bar and they were wonderful! Highly recommend their services along with their politeness!

i am honestly incredibly disappointed with the quality of my nails after paying $70+ to get a simple french tip and a hibiscus design.
not only were the tips they put on my nails too big, but after doing the dipping powder my nails were bumpy and uneven even after getting “fixed” by her tool!!
i had to nitpick every single nail for the french tip multiple times because they couldn’t get it even and i was still charged $20 for STILL uneven french tips and the worst part was that i came in with a specific picture of the flower design i wanted and they never said they couldn’t do it until they failed 5+ times and tried to get away with doing a different design (and then called me picky for making them fix it so much ?)
if you couldn’t do the design i wanted then simply refuse service to me rather than have me waste $70+ of my own money AND 4+ hours of my time as a highschooler with 2 jobs. i wish i could get a refund but i doubt they would let me do that!!!

Came here from a different local salon as they increased prices. First of all, the ambience is stunning! The care & treatment I received here was incredible so ofcourse, I came back! My set was three weeks and grown out but no breakage or chip!
Joann did an AMAZING job, I showed her a pretty hard inspo picture and she took her time and made it look easy and then when I went to pay, it was the same cost as a basic fill no design set at my old salon!!! I was so shocked. I am so obsessed with my nails! ?

I was referred by a friend because I loved her nails. She told me to go to Tina and I did. And I am in love. I will be back. She did an amazing job and is very nice.
