Texas Tires has been awesome!! I used them for my side rails then this week wanted my Truck leveled and Michelle help me picked out the right one 2in Rough Country. Truck front end is amazing and rides great. Also Jo help me pick out some 35 tires to go on as well. Thank you Alvin for taking the time right away after level was done and installed my new tires. What a great team that cares for there customers and wants them to be happy about there purchase and takes the time and pride to help them through the whole process. Thank you Texas Tires for being the best!!!

I would have given them 6 stars if I could. My trailer had a blow out late Saturday afternoon. Michelle was extra helpful finding me a tire that would help get me home that night. Their customer service was above and beyond. Michelle even offered me a beverage because she could see I had a tough day. You don't see customer service like this anymore. Thanks Texas Tire!!!!

Walked in and asked about a specific wheel and size. They quickly showed me there inventory and the Wheels I where looking for where on the shelf! They pulled my truck around and swapped the new wheels onto my truck quick! Service was awesome and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Last Saturday coming home I hit a pothole and bent my rim. I made it to Texas tire as that was the first tire shop coming into Granbury. It was 5 o’clock. I was pretty sure they were closed but luckily they weren’t and they were able to put on my spare tire for me for no charge. They quoted me for a rim repair and a new tire and because of how grateful I was and how they didn’t even think twice about helping me I decided to go ahead and use them to fix my rim and Buy a new tire. The whole staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I ended up paying a little bit more than what I was quoted. I was very grateful and will be a returning customer in the near future.

Be careful of the “road hazard” warranty. I bought new tires in November of 22. Had to purchase 2 new ones less than a year later as both of them had blow outs. They told me they’d take it to see if it was alignment but it wasn’t an alignment issue. Fast forward to December one of those new tires has metal showing through and the warranty/ road hazard purchased won’t cover that either. Which I would have just paid but was told on the phone that warranty covered everything for the first year. When I showed to up to pick it up Michelle was extremely rude telling me to “settle up” without even a phone call to warn me that the “warranty” called her and told her it wasn’t covered. She is unable to provide any contact information or proof of this but said it will be available the next business day and I can come back. She said I can pick up my “Not covered” tire as well tomorrow. My rim is missing the cap that they said wasn’t there. Have used this location for years. My business uses it for all of our tires but have never needed the warranty untill now. Communication is key in customer service I will be adding photos when I pick up my tire tomorrow

Loved this place they were fast and very wonderful customer service when you walk in and make you feel comfortable welcome and their tires are wonderful and their service is great. It took us 30 minutes to get our tires put on and to do paperwork and out the door. Wonderful place to go.

We were referred to Texas Tires in Granbury and we are so thankful for that referral! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Michelle, who made us feel at home, like family. She helped us pick wheels and tires, exploring all options. We purchased and the products arrived the next morning. We brought our truck back in and about an hour later we were on our way. The entire experience was truly amazing. We HIGHLY recommend them! Michelle and the entire staff go above and beyond to make your experience the absolute best! The best customer service we have ever experienced, anywhere!

One star rating for you guys. Paid to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Young kid working there snapped a stud on the right front, he said he don't know what happened. When the torque wrench clicks you stop, not keep going. At 60-75mph the front end shakes like hell. The balance is way off. The center cap bolts were left lose, nearly lost those. If you want tires replaced I'd go elsewhere. Completely unacceptable for a tire shop. They didn't even offer to replace the snapped stud and lug nut. Ridiculous

Went in to get new wheels and tires and as soon as i walk in i got helped with great wheels and tires and i wasnt bombarded with upselling extra stuff every 2 seconds great price for wheels tires and labor.

I had a blowout on my trailer and did not have a spare tire with me. I went to Walmart first because they were closer and even though they didn't close for 35 minutes they turned me away. Desperate to find someone, so I could get home to Stephenville I creeped my trailer down the road to Texas tire right at closing time for them and they did not hesitate for a second. Alvin got my tire changed in no time and got me back on the road! These guys will earn your business; Walmart does NOT! Go to Texas tire! Great Service!

Great service! Traveling from out of state, we needed 4 news tires on our camper after having two flats on the roads. We searched several tire centers in area with no luck. Texas Tires 22 had the tires we needed in stock, and were able to help us right away and with comparable prices! Thanks
