Super easy... Super fast... Ann, the manager was amazing. If you need a little help go here. Won't disappoint. EDIT... Well, I definitely spoke too soon. I don't know if they really don't know what they're doing or they know exactly what they're doing but, either way, by not following through with what was offered to me due to some kind of double talk that makes absolutely no sense I'm in a worse situation than I was before I even came to them.
