BEWARE!!! Drove over an hour 2 times to do business with this dealership. First time 3 packages were added to the sale, I offered cash and my trade in, wouldn’t remove packages. Left Friday afternoon, spoke to manager over the weekend and we agreed on a price. Went back Monday morning, mind you over an hour drive. Got there at 845, finance manager came in at 10:30, didn’t greet me, instead had a new piece of paper with my new “finance charges” on it and now we are over $2,000 above the agreed price. Since I was paying cash and they couldn’t get a “kick back” for me financing (yes they told me they get a kick back), they added all the useless packages back on. “Tint/nitros package” windows are already tinted from manufacturer. Lowjack.. don’t need it. And a service plan which I told them I didn’t want or need. I’m not driving over an hour to get my tires filled or a paint chip fixed. I told the finance manger he is willing to lose a customer over some unwanted add ons, he told me, “I guess you’re willing to lose this truck because you don’t want those add ons.”
Needless to say, I left. My sales rep Noelee was great but the finance manager there doesn’t care about customers, their time, their business and frankly simple customer service. They will tease you with a low price only to get you there and add all kinds of add ons. This place is the exact definition of the car dealer stereotype. Informed the sales manager of this, no reply, no call, etc. I will give it a day or two before they copy and paste their generic response to this complaint. Please read reviews and focus on bad reviews, see what they all have in common. They have QR codes all over the store so I’m sure it’s easy to get a 5 star from most people, but do your research, check the reviews from people that purchased a car from there.

I have been speaking with Shawn Mcilroy over the phone. I told him exactly what I wanted. I went in two days later and left with exactly what I had told him I needed. It was a great experience right up to the finance part.

Wasn’t exactly in the market for a new truck, but after being involved in an accident I needed to get back in the road quickly. Had exactly what I wanted and needed in their certified pre-owned inventory. In and out with no issues. Trevor was great through the whole process!

Three things.
1. While inspecting the outlander we noticed it had a flat tire. That should of already been a red flag since the tires seemed extremely worn out. Im glad we decided to get the tire warranty because the first day we brought it home. We woke up to a flat tire. How inconvenient running late to work because of a flat, especially since the tires were addressed and the answer that was given to us was "they have 80% life they are good they just look like that". I honestly feel like it should of been inspected better.
2. Apparently a fee on the contact called "window tint and nitro" was not able to opt out instead the answer I got was "will do our best to negotiate with the banks". Like excuse me isn't that already what a good dealership does? Try and get the best deals for the clients to return.
3. I went in with the mentality of purchasing the vehicle with a co-signer. He gave all his information & at the end of the contract "oh the contract is just under you". That was something I was not expecting especially since I went in stating I wanted to co-sign.
** I called on 9/4 to the service department to see how they can assist my tire. Gentlemen took down my information and stated he would call me back. Today is 9/9 and I have yet to hear from them.
