I wasn't apart of the conversation, but Flooring Specialist Leslie Deluna handled an uncooperative, out of line, unreasonable customer with kindness and calmness.
Her patience was outstanding.
I believe the customer walked away with a much better disposition.

Amazing customer service! We bought a zero turn and they were very helpful and accommodating. Turns out it had some issues and we had to exchange it but they went above and beyond

Clinton in plumbing went above and beyond to help us find a solution to our sink problem. What was supposed to be a simple faucet replacement turned into a huge problem and he was there to answer questions, guide us and offer suggestions that worked like a charm. What took 5 trips to another store took 1 and done here at Lowe’s. Thank you!

Home Depot has *MUCH* better discounts for the military. The staff wasn't very friendly and we had to wait forever for assistance.

I bought a pump from you 3 months ago and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried to return to you but your front counter people will take it back and very rude and nasty about the situation. I’ve shopped in that store for years but that was the absolute worst customer service I have received anywhere. The rudeness and nastiness was unacceptable and I will never shop in that store again. Absolutely rudeness and nastiness.

Went to Lowe’s specifically for their Klein tool selection. Just to find that majority of the Klein tools had been placed in the overhead in aisle 15 and replaced with brooms and buckets of hand wipes but they did leave the Klein signs claiming to have the largest selection of Klein tools. When I asked for help to get tools out of the overhead nobody was willing to help ended up leaving empty handed.
