I've been to this location twice in the last week in regards to some promotions in the mobile-app for the business, due to the other (and MUCH NICER) location further south on Highway 144 not having the item in question. Both times the clerk on duty was worse than useless trying to assist me. Frankly you're better off going to the other one across from Spanish Trail, or anywhere else.

This is what was reported to the Texas Lotto commission:This business has no business being a lotto retailer. I like to purchase $100 of $20 tickets at a time. I won $120 in 2 FRENZY scratchers.I walk into the store and I asked to get 6 more tickets, that are sitting there in the dispenser. The rude lady goes:”:”How much you win?”, I replied, "$120”, she states with a very rude tone,, “We can only give out a maximum of $100 cash or $100 in lotto tickets at a time, have a nice day sir”, so I walked out. NO SALE!These people just don’t want to do their job, and why would you let a retailer be one if they will not people play the game?

Since when does the customer have to show the employee HOW TO DO THEIR JOB?!!!!!EZ mart is putting people behind their register that are not trained or too stupid to do the job!!! You owe me pay for training your employee on how to use your lottery machine, get the tickets and give me the correct change - I DON'T WORK FOR FREE!!!!AND WHILE YOU'RE AT IT YOU MIGHT TELL YOUR SUPPLIERS NOT TO BLOCK YOUR PUMPS AND ENTIRE PARKING LOT WHEN THEY STOCK YOUR STORE!!!!

HORRIBLE STAFF. Disgusting store. Beware. The other ez mart is much better. I would avoid this one at all costs. Eye sore of granbury. Sketchy & looks like theirs always dope heads here
