“Best bank in town. I was with a local "hometown" bank that made banking for me very difficult to the point it cost me money in fines to the state because they quit allowing a business account to do online bill pay. I asked a couple of local business owners and they told me about BBVA so I gave them a shot. After my initial account set up I felt welcomed and at home. The customer service at this branch is second to none.”
“Had a terrible experience with Chase customer service. Just had to deal with a bunch of nonsense over the phone. However, the branch manager Eric, has salvaged the horrible experience. He helped us so much. If it weren't for him I'd be going to a different bank. He is the only reason I'm giving them a four star rating.”
