The mechanic here was able to get me in within a few minutes and diagnose the issue. While he was unable to make a repair before we had to leave, he described every step of the process to me clearly. He also provided me with the his diagnosis and repair/parts cost. If I lived in Granbury I would tell everyone I knew about this place to drive business to him. We did our initial research and homework online and test drove a Palisade at a dealership close to our home in the greater Austin area, but wanted to shop around to see who could give us the best overall deal for the vehicle we wanted and our trade in. “Took my 72 Chevelle to have the clear coat repainted and a couple of minor spots fixed in the roof. Paint is 29 years old, it is metallic blue and did not have my hopes up that they would match it. No body shop in my city wanted to touch it probably because it’s a classic. Wrangler took a look at it and told me he would get it close. Paint blending in 4 areas of the car came out great, color match was spot on and I could not ask for anything more. So glad he took it on as I did not want to spend more $$ painting the entire car. Highly recommended this shop for new and classic car paint needs.”

They support the GISD teachers, and I'll support them.Oil change w/ oil, tire rotation, and even buffed the brake calipers, all for $25.96.Very nice guys. Go support them. They do a lot more than oil changes”
“My initial experience with Granbury Nissan Collision was horrid. The quality of work done on my vehicle was poor at best so I had to take my car back for warranty work to repair the damage caused by poor workmanship and dealing with the manager Billy Swanson was an absolute nightmare. The reason I’m still giving this shop a 5 star rating is because a few individuals noticed the problem and took action to make everything right. My vehicle this time was repaired correctly and looked like new again. Teena Roth and Tony Baker did a good job of getting my vehicle back to me in good condition after the problem was discovered with Billy and Tabatha (sorry, unsure of her last name) reached out to make sure all of my other concerns were taken care of. Overall the people that can make a difference in the company do a good job of looking out for their customers.”

Although, he made no guarantees that he could get to it that day because he had other clients ahead of me, he told me to bring it on up. I dropped it off and he had it ready for me in time that I only had to reschedule a couple of my clients and got to finish out my day. He also didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for the repair! I’m definitely adding them to my list of “go to” places for mechanical needs!”
