Both my wife and I had a wonderful experience. Our salesperson, Paul, was very knowledgeable of the features for each of the different mattress in the store and we enjoyed testing several of them to decide what features we could apply to our particular needs. Paul is a real professional and has excellent interpersonal skills. Once done with our visit, we felt like we bought the right product for our personal needs.

Went into sleep number today and Paul answered all my question and he has great customer service. I have been in retail a long time he was great with his sale and added on to sale with products I need for new bed.

I went in looking for a pillow to help with my migraines. The lady who helped me was very tentative and knew all of the right questions to ask. I had previously went to another sleep number store in temple and they were not good. I’m so glad I walked into this location and will go back in the future.

Very impressed with how helpful and not pushy the staff was. Sylvia was spot on with helping us find exactly what we wanted and quickly which is a plus. Paul was super helpful showing us through the app and answering all questions we had. Very great experience with my first (boyfriends 3rd) sleep number bed!
