I saw there was no prices on their website so I called. No answer and mailbox was full so couldn’t leave message. Sent two emails. No response. Not real sure how these people stay in business!

I was merely calling for a price on a used car that was found on carfax.com. Dealer was asking $16900. When I checked the value on Carfax using the VIN number it was just over $9k for retail value. what a rip off. I hope people do their homework/research before buying from Long Motors in Georgetown TX

People from Austin Texas, please be careful where you buy or take your car, I speak from my bad experience “not in this place” ?

I bought a car from long motors almost 3 months ago. It came with a crack in my front windshield which I was ok with as long as they fixed it. Car came with no oil in it. Ran good when I test drove it. After a few days of driving my car started jerking really bad. I drove it out of town about an hour away, when I tried coming back my engine light came on and couldn’t drive my car(keep in mind this is not even a month after having my car). I had to buy spark plugs the next day to get me back to Austin. I went to the mechanic in south Austin ant long motors, and I specifically told him to not touch my spark plugs because I just got them done. The only thing he was supposed to change was my coil pack. I believe they haven’t fixed NOTHING on my car when I got it back it was doing the same thing and engine light came right back on. Called them again to fix my car. 2nd time going up there they said they have to order in my motor. Ever since then I’ve been calling and calling and no answers from both locations during different times of the day. I am paying 17000$ for a vehicle that is not running properly nor have they fixed the windshield they said they would fix in my paper work. I understand the no warranty but at least give me a properly running car and actually fix it if u say u are going to. I called the lady today as of July 23rd that they had told me to check on my motor with . She answered the phone immediately told me she would call me back and never did. This company is not the place to get a vehicle. ALL THEY WANT IS THERE MONEY. The lemon law is real I will say. They don’t care about your car running at all.

I have purchased at least 4 cars through Long Motors, (Georgetown) never had a problem until recently a new sales guy named Carlos sold a car to me. This car was purchased for my daughter.
He mentioned to me that I could buy the car she was interested in, and I would not need full coverage on this vehicle.
I remember exactly his words when I had also asked about a BMW, he says for that one you will need full coverage.
We went on with choice #1. He let us drive off even without insurance on the vehicle and did not ask for the info close to a month later. Everything is through text messaging. Then a few weeks later he texts me telling me that he could lose his job because of what I had said. All I said was the truth, not my fault he gave false information. And requested for me to get the full coverage on the vehicle. I tried to call the office plenty of times and it rang a few times then it would hang up. I tried to get in contact plenty of times. Until I texted him back and that's when someone called me back and I had to get out of work to get the problem resolved since they had towed my daughter's car at her school. All because of the salesman false info.
I was going to go in person the following day since the app was locked and couldn't do payment and the payment was going to be due that next day anyway. I did not get time to do that since it was too late, and they decided to tow the vehicle. I explained to the front desk girl that I tried calling and even called in front of her and she says oh yeah, we have been having technical issues.
That's not the end of it, I get everything taken care of and get full coverage and come back to find out I also had to pay the tow charge of $160.00.
The front desk girl was also very unprofessional and as soon as she went around to tell her coworkers what I had said. They started talking very unprofessional thinking I couldn't hear anything as I was standing closer to the door, and she did not know I was standing there. Boy I wished I could have recorded this so people can see how shady they are.
Although, I do have proof on my phone of the text messages from his personal phone. They did not care.
I have never done a bad review in times I should of, I had to on this one.

Be careful have a mechanic check your car before purchasing! Transmission and a/c both failed 9 months after purchasing. They had already sold the loan to a finance company so we’re unwilling to help with repairs. I’d brought the car in before a few times before they sold the loan telling them that the a/c felt warm and to check the transmission the car was making a funny noise they said it everything was fine. They said it was just low on coolant they straight up lied about that or didn’t even bother to really inspect the a/c. Maf sensor issue hours after buying the car went into limp mode and did many times after that. Car was eventually repossessed couldn’t afford $9,000+ in repairs in only 9 months. First car I bought years before this one was also a dud not as bad but always had electrical issues that they could never get right. If you have no other options make sure to get a mechanic to throughly inspect prior to purchase!

If you want to have a headache, come here with Miriam from the cash register, to be exact, what an arrogant woman ? speaks in such an ugly way to people and you answer her in the same way and she gets angry, I mean, respect so that they respect you, right? Change that attitude lady

No prices are listed on any vehicles. We strolled the lot for about 10 mins. When the salesperson came out she asked if we had been helped. Obviously not, there was no one on the lot except us. After we told her the parameters of the vehicle we are searching for we asked if she had anything that fit. Her response was "Well are you paying cash?". We let her know we were going to be financing (they have a giant window painting that says we finance) and she was quick to say no we have nothing like that. The whole interaction was shady. Does the price on each car change according to the customer? I would not recommend this Long Motors.
