Abigail was so busy chitchatting with her co worker and ignoring customers, I had to get her attention for assistance to drop off a package for shipping and since she was annoyed that she actually had to do work, she treated me so rudely. She should not be working in customer services because she has zero customer service skills. I will not be coming back to this location, I will go to Office Depot where they know how to treat customers.

Super helpful staff. I had a multitude of files to print with the self-print stand and the gentleman saw my frustration with their system and assisted me with the print job. Super thankful for his assistance in making this easier.

The lady who took my package acted like someone crapped in her cereal. She was rude and very dismissive. Like I always say “quit your job if you can’t work with the public!”

I called today to get info about an international shipment, and Joe was so patient and really helpful over the phone, and then later at the store. They really try to get you the lowest possible shipping rate here. Very helpful and kind people. I just wish they’d take off the masks and smile. It would be really nice to see people’s smiles again.

Not at all customer friendly. I go for a print outs today morning at 11:10 AM. Preview showing currently but printing missing some portion of it. I tried 2 times and I ask for help and the lady at the counter refused to help ask me to try different ways.If we paid and waste papers, why should she hired for?Then I go to Office Depot, people helped me get the right size. No more this FedEx branch.

Worst customer service experience of my entire life. Staff was making jokes about my appearance, laughed in my face and then the manager asked meTo leave. I was friendly with the staff and just had to send a single package. Sad that employees think it’s okay to bully customers.

James, Store Manager, was very friendly, polite and cheerful. He took a passport photo of me that I will not be ashamed to have for all the years a passport is used. I was very comfortable. It was a pleasant experience.

The team at FedEx Print & Ship Center are always friendly and go out of their way to help the customers. I went in the other day to scan and fax some legal documents, and they not only helped me with the process, they suggested I scan and email them as a way to save a lot of money. Top notch service, and so thankful for their consideration of my finances. I always get the best service here at this FedEx location.

The employee closing this evening was so very helpful. I think his name is Cody. I needed to print one document/4 pages & continued having some transactional issues. Cody worked his magic & was a tremendous help! [I apologize, if I have remembered his name incorrectly. Yesterday I had a new set of tests for cancer update, so my short-term recall might still be a bit impaired....]

This is the Fed Ex I go to, to return my school books to my university- (who provides a paid label) I've done this for years, and yesterday was the first time I was charged $7.00 for a "re-boxing fee." So, that was disappointing, they usually provide an envelope for no charge.I was also disappointed that I wasn't greeted when I came in, that usually happens here, and stood at the counter for a couple minutes before one of the 3 workers behind the counter came to help me. They did look like they were busy doing other things, but I'm a customer IN the store!Nothing bad happened, and I got my books mailed, with very little wait. But, it's usually a better experience!

Wow ! I came in to print out an old tax return that was needed for court... i had been having trouble getting it done and the manager here helped me and printed out whst I needed... then as I waited to pay for 18 pages printed... he waved me by and said" no problem ."He allowed me to print free of charge!Great experienceExcellent customer service!I recommend this location for all your shipping and printing needs!

I have used this Kinko's as long as it has been open. Never have I had an issue . The people are always Professional, Polite, ready to assist you in any way they can. It helps to tell them what you need , they are not mind readers. I believe that due to Covid 19 some folks are extremely on edge. Phones are as quick release to channel their anger. Come people they are just doing their job If they do not do it to your satisfaction or as quickly as you like perhaps it isn't the fault of the Fed EX employee working behind the counter. It might just b e you. Keep up the Great Work .
