This is my favorite FedEx Office location (and I've been to many across Texas and Oklahoma). The workers there (esp Jeff and Mari) are always very nice and helpful and know what to do with shipping or printing!

They wanted me to pay them to repackage my package, I wasn't even adding insurance. I've never had an issue like this at the UPS Store in Georgetown, unfortunately they were closed for the day.

On Monday Nov 6, 23 I came in here to drop off a package but half my shipping label was missing from when I printed it out at home. A bearded guy here with glasses and brown hair helped me get the right label. Great customer service

Today, I received a delivery from FedEx. It was a particularly large delivery with very large boxes. The FedEx representative, Jim, was so sweet and had great people skills. He went out of his way to put my delivery in a more convenient location (by the garage), instead of by the front door. He was very kind and smiled the entire time. It is very hot outside and I really appreciated his level of customer service. Jim went above and beyond his commonplace duties and was so pleasant while doing so. Thank you Jim!

I had a pre-paid package to drop off. I was able to walk right up to the counter and give the package to an employee. Super fast and easy! Friendly staff.

I typically go to this location because it’s closets to my work. When I go in it’s always for my boss. The white lady in there is so unfriendly & rude for no reason. last time she “helped” me she had so much attitude for no reason at all & when I gave it back she wanted to be “nice”. I never walk in there with attitude to be clear, I always try to be patient & friendly. When I went in today that’s what I did & the attitude I got from her was unreal. She needs to be fired & should not go work in customer service again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I would be embarrassed to act so unfriendly in public while being an employee. I tried to print with a retrieval code and did not get the code via my email. I asked for help. Without looking up the woman wearing glasses said, “go stand by the window” (for reception). I did and that didn’t work. I walked back asked if she could print it for me? (4pages). Again, without looking up: “it’s an extra $2.50 charge”. I said ok and stood there in silence for 5 minutes while she never looked over in my direction. I finally asked her, “did the email come through yet?” Without taking her eyes off her computer screen, “not yet”. Silence. Finally - “how many copies do you want?” So I got a total of 4 copies for $3.50. I don’t mind paying - it’s the attitude. It’s perplexing that employees can be so oblivious to simple common courtesy.

2nd time in and absolutely the last. First time the lady refused to even help me at all. This time Abigale the manager offered me the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Hopefully all these other negative reviews will lead to a follow up and house cleaning at this location. They are poorly representing FedEx which is the only good shipping company left. PLEASE FILE YOUR REPORTS WITH FEDEX CORPORATE.

I wish I could give this -5 stars. I've had exactly the same experience as Leslie G. and Gary S. and John F. and Neil S who's posted here also. Jennifer is still working at Fedex? How the heck is that possible? She should have been fired years ago! I work in sales/customer facing roles and I've never encountered anyone as rude and unhelpful as her. This was my 2nd interaction today with Jennifer (lucky me, eh?). The 1st experience was so bad I made a formal complaint to Fedex corporate a few months ago, looks like they don't take customer feedback seriously. Whoever owns this facility needs to do themselves a favor and get rid of her, before she loses more customers for you. Today was my last ever visit to this location as a result of her bad attitude.

This location is the worst customer service I ever ever get service because I ask the lady to help she what u want I said can u said can I help u her boss get in to and ask me leave my store with anger they don't want me to service me this is Unacceptable that is the boss rude with b8g bear

Thank you FedEx for having a nice place in Gtown for us to use when needed. My printer was out at home, I needed to print something & get it out that day. I drove to your place, waited a couple of mins & had wonderful service from all 3 of the ladies who worked there. I started with 1 & had to get help from the other 2 while printing (user error !) & they were all 3 very helpful, friendly & professional. I feel awful that I do not recall all of their names but I do remember the younger girl, Abigail. BUT, please know, the other 2 ladies who work there & are a little older were also just as wonderful. I stop in there every few months to ship something & everyone there has always been very kind to me. Please acknowledge the 3 ladies who work there during the day and during the week. Thank you !!!

This is for the location at Wolf Creek. There is probably more than one reason why one star but certainly my reason is the middle aged lady clerk there. She wasn't rude in the sense most people think of as rude, but actively, offensively hostile rude. It was early in the day so who knows why she is/was that way. I didn't choose to use FedEx and when I have a choice it will be the post office or UPS.
