I am writing this review for, Xpros Service Professionals. My wife has severe allergies and had been in the Philippines for quite a while. She came home a month ago and immediately got so sick that she has pretty much been in bed the whole time. I got so concerned and realized that every time the AC cut on, she would start gagging and choking, so I found Xpros and texted them early Sunday morning. By the time I got out of church I had already received a response to my text from Samuel, the owner.I am very good at research and had thoroughly checked this company out. Reviews were outstanding and they met all of my qualifications. They were insured, highly recommended, extremely professional, and a family owned business. I had also done research on what was the best way to have ductwork cleaned in your home. Xpros utilizes the exact equipment that I had researched to be THE BEST CLEANING PROCESSES AVAILABLE! After I understood pricing, their services offered and the processes they used, I knew they were my company. I agreed to the initial inspection and unbelievably, they came out the very next day on Monday to do the job. I have learned a tremendous amount about this technology and why people should be doing this. Everyone should be doing this in their home. Here’s why!After the inspection, I had organic matter growing in my ductwork. OMG! Because of the professionalism of this company, and them following strict guidelines as required, they were unable to do the cleaning on Monday. They did an extensive review of my home and gave me an extremely fair and honest quote to replace all of my ductwork. I agreed to their quote and gave a small deposit to move forward. In my case, it was a life or death situation for my wife. With organic matter, (mold), growing in my ductwork, it was literally killing my wife and I. Shockingly enough, they came out the very next morning, on Tuesday, with a group very professional men and changed all my duct work out. It was done start to finish in three hours. It was beautifully done. Very professionally, and beyond building codes.Please realize this journey started at 4am Sunday morning, and by Tuesday, noon we had gone from just meeting to completely resolving my issues. Noah is absolutely fabulous. He was first to come out on Monday and ran the crew on Tuesday. This man knows his stuff! Apparently, this entire company knows their stuff! Absolutely remarkable and unheard of in today’s time for this type of service and consideration.This company is like family to me now. I’ve asked to be on a list to do follow up scheduling every year.Please note this is not just an added expense, but a required maintenance that is important to your insurance company and if not attended to properly and regularly, they could actually deny claims for many things associated.As a note, check your insurance plan and make sure you have a mold rider on your policy. Otherwise, you could have to pay for everything associated with removing or replacement of equipment and/or your whole home.There are very few companies like this left to serve the public.Xpros truly cares about you, your home, and your health.Please take this review seriously. What my wife has just gone through and myself was unbearable, especially for us elderly people. This company is so good, that I took the time to write this review, not just for their benefit, BUT YOUR’S!I pray this review helps you to understand what I have learned. I recently hired my Duct X chimney and fireplace cleaning company, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Not only did they do a thorough job, but their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. My fireplace looks brand new, and I feel safer knowing it's been properly maintained. Duct-X promptly responded to our request and were able to quickly schedule us to do both jobs. Lilly was very responsive, patient, and friendly in answering any questions we had via text and phone calls - and I made quite a few of them. The Duct-X crew was extremely professional, prompt and courteous. They completely replaced the air duct system and vents and finished the job in one day. The chimney crew also did a thorough job; Jackson and Noah were great! Jackson is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job! He explained the process in detail before doing the work, and provided updates as he did the work. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were informed and satisfied with the end result. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Duct-X! I got plenty of notice about my appointment and Noah arrived right on schedule. He was polite, as well as very professional in his work. He described clearly the work that needed to be done on my two older woodstoves, showing me pictures along with his descriptions. I believe that it is very important to have the most capable people working on any kind of fireplace or woodstove. I felt confident that he knew his work well, and he lived up to my expectations!I give Duct-X a full 5 star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone!

My chimney flue pipe was smelling like bbq and I read online that it may indicate a fire hazard, I got Jackson from duct x scheduled and he provided me with a solution. I agreed to get it done and boy did they clean my chimney… They put a substance up the chimney and for the next 3 days all the creosote fell into my fireplace like magic.They came back got everything cleaned, showed me the results and made sure I was satisfied! I couldn’t expect a better outcome than this! 5 stars for duct x!!

Sam (who I believe is the manager) was quick to respond to my Yelp project inquiry. He came out and did a very thorough consultation and provided me with an estimate.His estimate seemed reasonable and he even mentioned we can assess during the service to see if additional treatments would be needed -- he wouldn't force me to commit to services unless he was certain it was warranted.Life got crazy and I reached out 4 or 5 months later to finally have the work done.Johnny and another guy (I didn't catch his name!) came out and got to work! They even found something that wasn't included on the estimate that Johnny proactively called for approval to complete -- free of charge. Duct X stands by the quality of their work and they couldn't let this slip by under their watch.Honest, hard-working, and easy to coordinate with.It was perfect timing as big storms rolled around RIGHT after the guys left and not a drop of rain dripped into our fireplace.Shout out to Lily for also being communicative and providing a helpful service!

My dryer was showing a D95 error code, I called these guys and they explained everything over the phone. Jackson provided me with their deep cleaning option, was professional and thorough, and didn’t try to upsell me for crap I don’t need. They also got me scheduled for next year for their annual cleaning plan. Amazing service with an amazing team.

After 5 years of not cleaning our chimney, we called Duct X because of their great reviews and the results were beyond all expectations.It was really easy to make the appointment and they even confirmed it by email and phone call before arrival.Our technician Amit was very professional and showed us pictures of the system and explained what needed to be done,He was very nice, did the job better than we expected. He left the place cleaner than it was before.We are very satisfied with the service of Duct X and of course we will contact them again in the future!!

Seriously good service. We just moved into a new home with a 26-year-old stone masonry fireplace and I knew I needed an inspection and cleaning before first use. I called one other company and they were booked months out. After feeling disappointed for a few days, I reached out to Duct X and was greeted by a friendly customer service agent who was able to book my appointment within a week. Jackson arrived today at our house and did a fantastic job cleaning, inspecting, and sealing our fireplace for use. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Duct X is now my go-to chimney sweep and will likely use them for other services as well. So glad I found this company and would highly recommend them. Duct X for the win!

Exceptional service from Duct X, I requested a chimney inspection and cleaning and Jackson, their technician, was outstanding. He arrived on time and patiently guided me through the entire process, even showing me all the photos of the job done. The quality of work and attention I received was worth every penny. I'm impressed and will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend Duct X for their professionalism and thoroughness.
