Bought a vehicle from them . Found vehicle online did all the applications to finance vehicle online . Drove 5 hours to get vehicle . Once there sales man took me to sign paper work & to leave the down payment . Sales man didn't let me test drive it we went to fill tank up and he drove vehicle Back & forth. When we came back from filling up I did a walk around truck just to find out paint was damaged on both sides of vehicle. Told sales man about it , he just said oh that's how it got trade in . They didn't offer to fix it or give me a discount or nothing. He just wanted me to get out of there ASAP. Very disappointed that they didn't posted that it had pait damage & that I did fid out after signing paper work . I don't recommend buying from them if that's how they work . sad

After receiving several low trade-in offers from other dealers, Spur gave me a fair trade-in value. My salesman, Billy Bates, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and seamless. He checked in regularly after my purchase making sure everything had been taken care of on their end and was respectful, kind and professional. The manager was also incredibly kind when it was time to sign the paperwork and I never felt pressured or hastled.

Easy and quick process when I went to see BJ Bates at Spur cd Jr. I wasn't looking to trade again, but the Expedition Max caught my eye and BJ helped make the process go smoothly without any pressure. When I had questions, he found the answers and before I knew it, I was driving off the lot. Go see BJ Bates if your looking to buy new or used. You won't be disappointed.

Billy Bates sold me my most recent vehicle purchase. A 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. I have to say I had the best experience with this purchase. Billy let me test drive a few vehicles and made me feel comfortable when asking all kinds of questions. He even sat in the back seat while my daughter sat in the front. Billy Bates posted pictures of 2021 GMC. I asked for photos of interior and he immediately sent pictures The next day he brought truck to my house and made his sale. He provided excellent service.

Absolutely cannot recommend this dealership ENOUGH!!!!! I drove 6hr round trip to work with this group. They gave me a VERY fair price for my trade and then gave me one hell of a deal on a brand new Gladiator. Jared Slack and his team are just amazing to work with.
