The person in charge of the medicines answered the questions and resolved my needs with great kindness.

I had a very ill daughter and a valid prescription. I asked Walgreens to verify if her BCBS insurance was accepted. The counter person told me that they did not have the time or capability to verify. I was told to call her insurance toll free member to confirm coverage, Once I verified, I could fill the prescription at this location. I had to return home to make the call. After waiting on hold for 35 minutes, I was able to verify coverage. They transferred her prescription to Walgreens and I was able to pick up her three medications just 15 minutes before closing time. BCBS informed me that the Walgreens counter person had the ability to verify insurance coverage in seconds. Instead, I had to deal with another millennial who gleefully outlined in excruciating detail why he could not help me directly. In the time he told me no he could have simply verified BCBS insurance coverage. The pharmacist on duty noticed but simply ignored the lack of customer service. When you have a sick child, you need professionals who care. This Walgreens location could not have cared less. God bless America,

I plan to transfer my prescription after they finally finish filling it. I normally get a 3 month supply every refill, but for my prescription the length of use varies based on specific need per my doctor's recommendations, so that prescription can run out faster or last much longer, so getting an automatic refill doesn't make sense. I was nearing the end and needed a refill, and I was told it would be ready in a couple of days. I waited until I was out and called and they said a partial was ready. I showed up and they gave me 5 days worth of my 3 month refill, and I was told the rest wouldn't be ready for another week. I said this was not acceptable and they basically said there is nothing they can do. I asked them to transfer it to a store that had the prescription and could better fill it and they said they can't do that with one that's already been partially refilled. It's ridiculous. I do not recommend this pharmacy. I've run into other issues at this pharmacy in the past, but nothing as bad as this. I've gotten partials before that ended up being a couple of weeks or a month out of the 3... also acceptable, but 5 days out of 90 is simply not acceptable especially when I'm being told it's not ready for 8 days after picking up the partial which was already not ready until 3 days after I ordered the refill to begin with. Their lack of being willing to help is what ends it for me and makes me decide I'm done with this location. Find another pharmacy because there are plenty to choose from!

Infant pain killer is very hard to find and out of stock everywhere. Even though it was also out of stock here, the woman we spoke to was super compassionate and helpful. 5 stars for costumer service in a stressful time.

Been getting my prescriptions here for over 20 years. The drive through is crazy from 4-7pm, so going inside is faster. The pharmacy is closed from 1:30-2pm for a lunch break. They should make it clearer on the hours listed both online and at the window. For many years I dealt with the same staff, and knew most by name. Walgreens has been rotating staff for about 5 years now, and the employees are unfamiliar and poorly trained (especially since Covid). Still, I love the convenience of the location and products available.

Pharmacy had no customers, yet refused to give a flu shot without an appt. Spoke with manager who explained to pharmacy that they can take walk-ins. But after manager walked off the pharmacist himself said it would be an hour before he would give the shot. I’ll happily find another pharmacy to do business with.

It's Walgreens! They are all great. But the one at Crist & 78 is my favorite, the staff are all great, from the cashier to the pharmacist, all great people.

This store clean and a convenient place to pick up the few things you might need right away, but with Walgreens that I have visited the pharmacy is very slow.
