Good gym and all but make sure you get a notification for cancelling because they will tell you they got you cancelled only to find out you still getting charged later on. Then when you actually do cancel they won’t help you on any refunds for their mistake. Wack

Went to this location at 5am, so much space. All the benches were open because it's now late in the year and the " New year new me people " are still in bed sleeping piling up calories ??? Today was my first day at this LA Fitness and I liked it , you should come.

I have been to many LA Fitness locations as a member for 8 years and this is by far the worst location I’ve been to and I drive further just to avoid going to this location. The stair stepper machines are almost always broke and usually don’t even have signs saying they are out of order.
People don’t put weights back or wipe down the equipment. There bathrooms aren’t clean.
I don’t understand how their cardio machines on the first floor are almost always broken and their management doesn’t do anything about it.

It is clean, the only thing you see is the large pool with swimming classes for children, and you cannot swim in the space.

Guys. You have to join this gym! I came on a busy pass and was blown away. I joint and had a training session w the Manager (curly hair) my memory fails me who was FABULOUS and literally changed my life! I usually work out an hour and a half on weights, but after 10 min w him I was sweating and felt like I had worked out my whole body doing just 2 exercises! He has blood camp on Saturdays at 10 free once public there. I’m so glad I switched gyms!!

Water exercises are awesome 12-25-2021
Had to stop swimming for dialysis but now I can go swimming again in 2024- I have a different graft for dialysis. I love swimming . It's time to keep going on this beautiful journey with the Lord.

I take a Water Aerobic there. And my instructor is very good and he is funny. The building is very clean. The People at the front desk r very friendly.

I feel like I’m playing musical chairs every morning I try to use their treadmill. I thought they broke cause new years everyone wants to break them but they haven’t fixed them. The front desk was nice and explained but paying 50 a month and additional annual 50 maintenance fee for old broken treadmills is not cool.

Age, race, discrimination. Elderly financial abuse!!! The manager, Taylor signed my mom up for 6 months of training without her permission. They verbally agreed and put in writing her 1 month request. Again, she requested 1 month ONLY. Now, at almost 80, she is stuck in a 6 month contract that she was NEVER made aware of. We called member services and McKinley in Arizona said he was the member service manager and we could not go any further stating there was NO ONE else above him. He then hung up. Do not do business here. Go to another location.
