This place sucks, urban air is better. From what I have seen they only hire young teenagers and they treat them like slaves no positivity from the upper management. I think I've had more fun at a funeral then this place. ??

I had a birthday party here the event coordinator was so helpful she explained everything. Even called to confirm everything few daysbefore. Our hostess was wonderful! She got everything we needed with ease and had no issue with anything!Will definitely go back.

The manager the blonde hair chick for Sunday evening on 4/28/24 @ 3:30pm she immediately started following me & my family as soon as we enter the facility she watched us take our seats at the table my wife proceeded to put a table clothes down because we have toddlers & the will pick there food up and eat it off the table so for our safety in keeping our kids health a little safe we put a table cloth down she immediately radioed and told the guys working the snack bar that we had to remove the table cloth so we express our concerns and explained that removing the table cloth wasn’t and issues if they would clean the tables that we were using she refused to do so we asked for a refund she said NO AND THEN TOLD US THAT IF THE TABLE CLOTH ISNT REMOVED WE WILL BE REMOVED FROMNTHE FACILITY…..SO I LEFT THE TABLE CLOTH ONNTHE TABLE BECAUSE I FEEL ME AND MY FAMILY WAS BEING RACIALLY PROFILED I THEN EXPRESS TOBTHE BLONDE HAIR MANAGER THAT WE WILL NOT BE GOING ANYWHERE UNTIL OUR TIME WAS UP …… PARENTS BE WARE THE BLONDE HAIR MANAGER FROM SUNDAY 4/28/24 IS SUPER RACIST AND WILL PROFILE ALL BLACK PARENTS WITH KIDS…….

I had my son's birthday party here today and I will never be going back. The management was incredibly rude and made us feel very unwelcome.

Great place to have a birthday or take the kids. We did all the extra attractions. One concern is safety on the little go carts. The employees need to be trained better to make sure kids' feet stay in the car and their seat belts are on before they start the race. They didn't seem to care one way or the other about the safety aspects. It was a fun place to visit! Kids really enjoyed themselves. Hope this review helps to bring awareness to safety for your company.

Horrible experience, me and my 3 friends were playing and didn’t know we weren’t following the rules an employee asked us to stop and we did and left. We were playing around and went into a area for kids 5 and under but the sign was on a completely different side of the area and not visible from the playground the same employee tells as inappropriate and asks us to leave so we did and and never came back. we ended playing their overpriced arcade games and the same employee calls a manager to kick us out and tells the manager lies saying we weren’t doing what he asked us too and that multiple people complained even though it was just one employee who clearly had something against us.As we are leaving we notice one of our friends phone had got stolen out of the cubbiesluckily one of the nice employees got it back we leave and we get no refund.NEVER COMING BACK WORST TRAMPOLINE PARK EVER GO TO URBAN AIR OR ALTITUTE FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE!

Fun and affordable place to take kids. I took my 4-year old niece and there was plenty to do to entertain us for 2 hours. I was able to jump and play with her, and she said “this place is fun!” There seemed to be plenty of staff making sure kids stayed safe and the staff at the front desk were super friendly. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, but weren’t too bad. Overall I thought the cleanliness was pretty good considering that there are so many children running around. We will definitely be coming back!
