Very rude customer service! Messaged online and was told to ask for Selena. When I arrived a Spanish speaking/ Arabic looking man was there. I waited while he waited on a couple of Spanish gentlemen that were already there; but when it came to me.....His patience were short. I guess if you don't speak spanish or whatever, you dont matter much. I purchased the mattress that I asked about; but I will never set foot in there again. I'll order the other two I need from Amazon.

Please people, when you choose your mattress, ask them to show it to you because when they delivered it to me it was a very ordinary one that was not comfortable at all.

Love this store been dealing with them for a few years now. Deliver my stuff usually same day and make sure Im satisfied every time. Love **** over there he always makes sure Im taken care of even when hes not there he calls his co workers and makes sure they give me the best price possible.

Unfortunately I ordered something at night and cancel the next day first thing in the morning expecting to get my money back $200 but they refused to refund it.Bad experience.

Best experience ever buying furniture!!!! Cristian gave me an amazing price on my king size bedroom set. Everyone was welcoming and very friendly. Not to mention it was a fast process with clear and honest information. I will be coming back to get my kids new bedroom set!
