The vehicle is great but customer service is horrible. I have trouble making payments over the phone. They either don’t answer or their system is down or has issues. Such a shame.

Stay away!!! My brother bought a truck from them and they took advantage. They knew that truck wasn't any good. My brother wasted A LOT OF MONEY FOOLING WITH THIS COMPANY. JUST NO!!!

Said my car had no problems but after a week the engine light turned on , turn to find out they drive the cars personally when ever some times out of town. Then wanna charge high prices for them.

I just bought my 3rd car from Gator's. The staff is great! I'm always treated with respect and as a friend when I make my purchases, to make payments, and to view their inventory. They have good cars and trucks. They treat their customers like family and living human beings. I feel good about referring friends and family here to buy a car. I know they be treated fairly.

It’s best to take into consideration that there is two sides to EVERY story!!! Gator has been in business for a long time. He is ALWAYS willing to work with you if you keep communicating with him. Highly recommend!!!! He will repo your car if you don’t pay!!!!

Horrible customer service from Gator himself. He would use profanity toward me and my wife. The car he sold us is not the car he used for his inspection. So we found out the hard way that our car wouldn't pass due to an oil leak that he never fixed. An oil leak that he sold us. Even tho we paid the car off early he still didn't improve his customer service. I will never use his services again.

I needed a reliable car to get back and forth to work the staff is A-1 they took their time with me and every question I had they answered or would go ask or research or simply say that they did not know. Car prices have spiked a great deal on used and preowned cars I feel like I bought a new car from a hometown lot.
