Horrible customer service and knowledge I told the older lady What I needed for my PS portal and after buying the headset found out it would work with it even though I asked her and when I came back to return it she told me to hold on ao she could finish playing her game super unprofessional. And still haven’t seen the refund on my account

Nice folks working at this location. I overheard a conversation with a customer and they were just so nice and patient. He wanted to talk about ALL the games and they gave him all the advice. It's rare to see people go above and beyond in customer service today. It's like a super power. Thank you, GameStop superheros!

Lady behind the counter has never not been nose deep in her phone eating/ food, couldn't be in any more of a rush to get me out so she could keep playing pokemon go. Most unprofessional, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone here too.Bout what you would expect from a failing business though I guess.

think it's just this location, service was horrible and a waste of my time. the game stop by my house didn't have what I wanted but they said this location had it. called to confirm before making the trip, nobody answers the phone. thought they were just busy, and decide to go anyway. get there and I don't see what I'm looking for. hear the phone ring and they don't bother to answer. guess they weren't busy, just lazy. ask the lazy person working there and says it might be in the back. I question if they actually looked or just went back to scratch their behind. comes back out and they don't have it. an hour of my day waisted.

Staff if friendly and SUPER helpful ! They not only help you with products in store but if they don’t have something in stock they help find it online or at another location, the manager is very friendly and she is always on top of it!!

Even when I moved, I still go to THIS GameStop. I've been going to this location since it was a FunCo Land. The staff here has always been very cool and informative.
