I will not purchase any purchase from the store on Buckner Blvd with Sales rep. Ruben. I have been paying on a black bedroom King size set since Feb. for my son and when they delivered the bed it was missing the footrest part. I have called several times to speak with Ruben and he keep forwarding my calls after I text him the pictures of my issue. He doesn't want to answer to the problem. I feel like Ruben is a bad Sales rep. after he got me to purchase, now after the bedroom suite has been delivered he wants nothing to do with the problem. Sucks to treat a customer like that

I bought my vanity here & it wasn’t bad but buyers beware I work in sales so I asked her what my Apr would be the lady who worked with me wouldn’t answer and after I asked again she said she didn’t know so I did the math myself & it was 24% so I told her I wanted to do the 3 months plan no interest we agreed on that so two months go by & once I was a few weeks away from my last payment I start seeing interest charges charging for the full 12 months which in the long run made my price go from $1,300 to $3,600 so I asked why that was happening they said it was the system and that they’re was nothing they could do and that I didn’t need to worry so instead I paid off right then & there if your not careful with these people they will screw you over lol I’d say if your paying cash or in 3 months or less it’s fine but if your going to put only $59 down for this place the interest rate is 24% you will end up paying double just beware yall that’s the trick lol

Worse store to go shopping they are crooks and just want to take your money. You can notify them right after a purchase to cancel a purchase a want to fine you and take 30% plus your down if paid cash. Mara Geniz is very rude unwilling to help out and hangs up when you call. Don’t trust anyone at this store.

Very bad vibes that they don't help you load the merchandise, the girl who helped me was very friendly but I chose pickup and there was no one to help me apart from when I opened the merchandise it was damaged and I had to take it to the store again so that They will order me another one and now that ? I have to load the new merchandise alone again!!
