came to get my 4 month baby passport pictures & lady at the front desk stated they do not take pictures of infants regardless that is stated in CVS website that they do indeed

They were in a mess , with a long waiting time, poor customer service, and finally, they lost my insurance card! Then they found it on the floor.

I sat on hold for 19 minutes waiting for the pharmacy to answer my call. There is literally no excuse in the world good enough for it to take you 20 minutes to answer a ringing phone.
