I brought in a bunch of items in August
and was told "we would love to buy a bunch of this but we would need you to bring it back towards the end of next month" so I did. They tell me it will be at least 30 minutes. I dropped it off at 2:11 and at 2:20, they text me saying it's ready (9 minutes) it was a HUGE bin, I don't see how they could have even evaluated all of my items in such a short amount of time! I show up and they tell me they can't buy any of it, plus they just shoved all my items back into the bin super messy. The lid wouldn't even close. When I dropped it off everything was nicely folded and there was room to spare. I asked if she could at least put my items back in the bin nicely so it would close and I could carry it out, she said no sorry I can't and walked away from the counter. Absolutely horrible, rude, disrespectful. Don't waste your time here!!! The owner should be ashamed.

I used to come to this location because it was very good but this is my second time coming that they come up with something that they can’t take my clothes one time I came and they said that they were doing inventory so they couldn’t take my clothes to sell and I just came today and they said that they stopped Getting clothes at this time and they’ll start tomorrow. I know you can call but this is outrageous and take this into consideration that I live 30 minutes away from here. I used to Love this location but now it’s insane.

I definitely won’t be going back! They hardly buy anything, and whatever they do buy, they give you pennies for it! Honestly, it’s not worth my time or the money in gas to go! I brought in brand new jeans and other gently worn items in February. They passed on the items but said many of jeans I brought in were very nice and to come back in March-ish. Needless to say, I brought them back. They passed on everything except a really expensive tennis skirt for $2.30. I will NOT be going back and their clothes are also OVERPRICED! I will try the other location. Hoping for a better selling/shopping experience elsewhere.

Everything the consumers are reporting is accurate. The staff is rude, nonchalant and Bobbi is definitely racist. If you are not dressed a certain way she will discriminate against you , trust me, I have seen and experienced her evil behavior. Holly the manager is rude and goes out of her way not to take in buys! She has been doing this forever and discourages consumers from dropping off containers. Why these two are still allowed to work there is beyond me unless one is the owner. Both tried to hide their evil ways but the foul behavior comes out and they catch themselves then try to snap back. Stay away from them older women who are obviously mean girls!

Oh my goodness!!!! Great assistance when needed...I needed a lot, I kept locking myself out of my fitting room. Incredible prices for excellent selection! I spent way more than I thought I would because I found so many wonderful things!

Went to the store at 6:30 on a Tuesday night to grab 1 thing and they were already closed and nobody in sight. Website and door says they closed at 7:00. Unprofessional and will not be coming here in the future.
