Had appointment with Alex Lam at 11 am, showed up on time but he was delayed. He decided to skip my appointment and move to his 11:30 am. Told me there was plenty of other agents but still had to wait another 20 minutes to see anyone. Now I know why this branch has 2 stars. Please make appointment somewhere else.

1/9/2024 i been a customer with Chase 9 years i was there today opening New account for my family waiting and the guy he was ask me if I have appointment I told hime no he say he will helping me after he does with other customer after 30 minutes the lady comes told me if I don't have appointment I have to live and make appointments she is racist don't go there

Be careful when opening accounts at these Chase banks! Now it turns out that the bank's policies change at their convenience, they robbed us and they are not responsible for that, they broke into our accounts and gave our money to another person without even asking for an ID, signature or our authorization!! They are not responsible for anything! If you really want to keep your money with a trustworthy bank, look elsewhere. We have been waiting for a response from them for quite some time and they have not resolved the robbery issue. Do they think we would be capable of robbing ourselves? If what we want is to save our money that we earn honestly. And they have terrible customer service, I hope they don't go there!

If I can give 0 stars I would for this place I was there for a hour trying to open a new account so when it got time for the next customer the guy decides to help the customer that came after me if y’all guys can ask who is next y’all wouldn’t get so much negative reviews than the guy say they don’t have time when there’s one hour and thirty minutes before they close. I would recommend going to a different chase branch instead of coming here.Customer service here is horrible.
