I wasn't t greeted upon arrival however, others who arrived after me were. Store was not busy at the time. Store is catered toward a certain demographic. Will never visit again.

Super cute store with an excellent selection of clothes, boots, & shades. We walked in just before closing and felt guilty. However, Hannah, our store clerk, reassured us it was fine & to enjoy. I bought 2 cute dresses. They have a cute wall for photo-ops. We will definitely be back to purchase more items.

March 23, 2023This store has been open almost 3 years and I'm the first to review it; wow!I came in to see Robin (manager and hat lady!)This year she added hat branding and decorating (she brands belts too) This is the ONLY place in Galveston to get your hats/belts to be fancy. Felt hat with ribbon/feathers $29. Straw hat w/bullet beads and feathers $42 (plus tax)CALL FIRST to make sure Robin is there before you go

As a BOI that still has property here, but doesn't live here, I would expect businesses to be forthcoming with their return policy.Nothing is stated at time of checkout that they don't allow returns and only do store credit or exchanges. The person behind the desk told me the return policy was on the receipt which I told her that was not acceptable because at that point, the sale had already been finalized before I was made aware of policy.She proceeded to point me to a taped up copy of the bottom of a receipt that was taped to back of computer (can we say, that's not how a return policy should be displayed).It takes all of 15-20 seconds to make the customer aware of expectations.Lesson learned - ashame-

What a find! Left with adorable finds and the feeling I will be back. Lovely staff who were pleasant and helpful but not pushy. My new favorite place to shop.

My friends and I stopped by this boutique and LOVED it! The staff were so, so friendly abd genuine. We loved the clothing! Very unique and affordable. We will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and seek rhem out. You won't regret it.

It was my birthday today, so me & my sister went to the strand to do some shopping. This was our first stop. Never been here but the store looked cute. We walked in only to be ignored by staff. No Hi or Hello, absolutely nothing. We walked around the entire store, no employee acknowledged us or asked us if we needed help. I told my sister we were leaving & not spending any of our money where they clearly didn’t care to interact with their customers. I work in retail and I would never treat a customer this way. Will definitely not be returning to this store.

Great place that my beautiful bride, of 28 years, loves to shop. Super friendly staff, well the morning staff anyway. The afternoon staff woman was a little put off that she had to ring something up for us, but that was no big deal I guess. The morning staff was super friendly and helpful to my bride and I the weekend before Christmas 2020. Even with the COVID numbers increasing, it was a great time to get away and come down to the Strand for a little time off from the ranch. My wife lived their selection of goods so much, we had to go back several times over the two days we were staying near the Strand. Prices weren't too bad for a tourist area, and my wife enjoyed their selection. We went back in the afternoon to pick up a shirt she just had to have to go with the jacket she bought from them...that she also just had to have. I gotta admit, I coulda bought a shirt and ripped a hole in the pocket for her for Much cheaper, but she loved it. Again, very friendly and helpful staff (at least in the morning that Saturday) with really good selection of stuff my wife loved. We'll be back next time we're in town!
