The tow driver was great and us the only reason there ia a star(beside the fact I can't leave 0 stars) it was such a high price for such a short trip I don't understand how it would have cost so much.Was Aug 18thRed chevy silverado.Off I-35Tow truck driver gave us a ride to nearest gas station.The yard was a short trip down the roadX = wreck scene and tow locationTow was priced at $524 + $21 a daySo had the price been less we would have been able to get it out b4 close of business same dayInstead we had to clean out all my tools and items in truck so as not to be put out later. This was/is my work truck.$21 a day was not an issue. It was the initial $524 that was in question. Not sure what the mileage was from the site of wreck to yard.....but even with the little bit of clean up done....I find that price to be steep.

Great experience! The office is not open 24/7 so don't go in the middle of the night to get your car!

This company provided the best customer service I've ever received, from any company big or small I've ever dealt with. My wife was driving to Dallas late on a Friday and had a blowout near Valley View. I called frantically to wreckers in the area but was lucky to come across Hats Off soon. The manager I spoke with was helpful & professional. He was able to get to her location in 30 minutes and waited until her Uber showed up. I called the next day at 9am to find out the contact info of the tire shop where he dropped off the car-- and he said he had already procured a new tire, had it on the wheel, and would be ready to hand the car back to us that day. All this for rates that were extremely fair and great value for all he did for us. It's a really bad feeling to have a family member stranded hundreds of miles away in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar area-- but Herbie at Hats Off Towing made sure my car & my family were taken care of in a prompt & safe manner.

I am so appreciative of Mr. Price, with Hat's Off Towing, out of Gainesville Texas. Considering he had to drive 25 miles to get to where I was, he was really quick, and efficient and really made me feel safe despite having a blow out on I35 outside of Sanger Texas. He drove there and had the tire changed in less time it took me to call 2 roadside assistance places in Sanger Texas, one that never answered and one that had a recording saying they were only open Monday thru Thursday 8 to 4:30...lol. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use them, or waste your time to call if you break down in that area. Mr. Price was very professional and helpful. Thank you!Service: Tire change

This company stands by allowing their drivers to text and drive while being on the road. They knew their driver had cracked the windshield of my truck and yet they called it a "road hazzard problem" The only "road hazzard problem" I'm hearing is their "techniques" when disobeying the law while driving. Definitely not a trust worthy company to call, they do not stand by human decency nor take responsibility for their actions.
