Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience here. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here and her gift bags were misplaced when we were shifting from bowling alley to the birthday party room for cake cutting. We could never trace those bags and the staff never cooperated to show us the videos of the event stating it is confidential.

This place is full of fun, I did bowling, some arcade games and laser tag. Everything was fun!
BTW their Nachos were really good

1) I use the marks on the lane to bowl. Hard to see the marks when there is a bright image on the TV's behind it. This is super frustrating
2) our lane kept having pin reset issues
A decent experience that could be much better. Get glow in the dark marks or light up marks or something.

I visited Strikz for my company's team event. It was super fun and the service was super! It was awesome to have the team in the Rose room (extra charge but was worth it). Restroom was close and the bar was right there. The management team at the Strikz are very professional and responsive on what the group needed. I have already booked another team meeting here + have also come with my family.
Not as crazy loud like some of the other places. It's just the down the street right on Preston & Lebanon (easy access). And love the arcade games they have.

This place is definitely the best, place is clean and staff is the most helpful and caring. Caleb was our 'helper' but more than that he was the most amazing person, I will definitely be back thanks to him and I highly recommend him for your event at this place. Thank you ?

I feel bad leaving a 3, but let me explain. The staff...fantastic. The team here was very helpful and friendly. The food, on the other hand, I won't order again. While I will continue to go hear for the service, as good service is hard to find these days, I will keep it to just fun and games.

I large group of us went ax throwing. Jordan explained everything. By the end of the night, this novice had landed her ax 3 times. Jordan took time to explain repeatedly and demonstrate. We had a few children in our group & he was amazing. Our best thrower was a child. We weren't experts but everyone who stuck with it left successful.
I will also note that others worked with us. They were great too. Customer service was very good. They kept us informed and pretty much answered questions as you were about to ask them.

Visited this place multiple times with family and colleagues.It’s well maintained and bowling is always fun and entertaining. When lot of people in the alley you may have to struggle to get the right size ball for you. Food is decent. Good place for family entertainment.

Plz do the maintenance the arcade games.
Many games were broken last months never fixed. Mostly gun shooting games.
Jurassic park guns are malfunctioning.

Staff handled it well and kids had fun
Hope we can get more things added in package for birthday parties like rock climbing and laser tag.

We had our 6 year old daughter’s birthday party here and all i can say is WOW. David was assigned to us to take care of the party and i truly felt he cared and went above and beyond. Parents left asking if he baby sat because he was just that great with the kids. Also Tre at the bar was also great, we wanted to make sure if any our guests wants a a drink soda to booze that it would be available and he was so polite and attentive. Strikz is a great place for all families and i highly recommend.

Great time at a birthday party. It wasn’t super busy which made it very nice. The kids could play all the games and laser tag.
The staff was friendly and helpful! The bday party room was big. 5 stars.
