Looks like they are closed most of the time. Do not answer phone calls. 1.5 hours of wait time. Consider other options.

I had very poor experience at this location. First of all, I ended up waiting for more than one hour even though my waiting time was left 1 minute.
The hair and beard trim was a disaster. I asked for a beard trim and the Hairstylist cut my beard without even telling me from the side. Later, she could not make them equal on both side of the face. I almost ended up loosing my beard and regretting badly to go this location. I will not recommend to visit this location.

Customer service is horrible. They are understaffed you will be waiting an hour or more for a messed up hair cut! what ever you do dont ask for FLO!!!!

Poor service, accommodate guest who doesn’t have appointments, the time of book my appointment shoes 43 minutes , I reached to the store in my time again wait for 1 hour , so frustrating, stylist took brakes regardless customer frustration

Checked in online and Went on Friday and they canceled check in. Sent us back home. There was whole hour before store closed. Waited for 4 hours on Saturday and they kept taking people that didn’t show up. Need to value people time and assign more people to work. Terrible experience. Take forever to clean and then take next person. Overall haircut is slow. Flo said mean things and treated us like we are free loaders. Your company is giving coupon that doesn’t mean we need to make multiple trips and treated like we don’t matter. After waiting all day and being sent back home she was rude. Kid waited all the for a haircut just to hear nonsense from stylist. They say wait in store otherwise you’ll be kicked off. So we waited all day. It’s ridiculous.

I visited this location for the first time and had the opportunity to get my MVP service with Flo. She was very professional, attentive, and really knew how to relate to me during our conversation. I recommend Flo and this sports clips location, they will take care of you.

I have had services at this location twice in a month with the same experience on wait time and at that time given a coupon. We went in Sunday the 26th twenty minutes until closing and they were ready to go and we understood and planned to go back in the morning. Checked in yesterday around 9:45am. Waited for a bit and decided to use the app and go home and wait. Our forty five minutes online was about an hour and a half. Headed to the store with fifteen minutes wait on app. When we walked in we were told we were about to be deleted. When the app says arrive five before est. time. Was on deck with one minute wait and waited another forty minutes before we were called. Finally got the hair cut at 12pm and go to pay with coupon given to brother for a buddy haircut and told they couldn't accept it. Paid but will not use this location again! Too long of wait and not honoring coupon.
