Came in at 7. Lady at the front told me she didn't have enough time to cut my hair because the only one there, with three people ahead of me. Which is fine, but at least apologize. But also, the website shouldn't promote no appointment necessary if I'm going to get my time wasted.

Renee & Tina are the best! ?✂️ Love these ladies as they always cut my hair perfectly ??♂️. They always do a great job on my beard trim ?? and the hair washing and scalp/temple massage is always relaxing and soothing ??♂️. The service at Sports Clips is top-notch and super friendly ?⚽??⚾???. I always leave feeling refreshed and looking sharp. Thanks, Renee & Tina! ??

Came in for a regular haircut, didn’t fade my hair correctly, didn’t cut my hair how I wanted it, came in for a recut to fix it and checked 2 people in rather than helping a client who they helped earlier that day. Customer service is not a strong suit here, would not recommend

Horrible haircut and don’t ever use Tina, she does not understand English or respect you the customer or follow your request or instructions on your profile and will try to give you some Asian style K-Pop haircuts she wants to give you and not what you want or how you want it at all. Not ever going back after this!!

This is the only shop I’d get my haircut at in the area, it’s usually busy but if you check in on the app ahead of time it gets you in line that’s what I do. They can kinda do it all I’ve got difficult thick straight hair and I get a gentleman’s cut with a light fade.

The manager Gina was a very sweet lady. It was almost closing time but she welcomed me and didn't rush me at all. I felt bad but I needed a haircut for church and work Badly. I will definitely go back and ask for her! I love my haircut Gina!!
