Never thought I would have such a great experience and a good time at Petco.Until I dealt with an associate named Maya.She was amazing.She went above and beyond and had a great personality and treated me very well.

Only thing worse than the prices was the treatment I saw by some woman in a lab coat talking down to the actual cashier who was super nice and helpful. I guess she came from another area to help with the line but she was unnecessarily condescending to the cashier. She was talking down to her in front of myself and other customers and it was very unprofessional. Don't know any of their names but was yesterday about 6pm.

Extremely Poor Customer Service. The clerk Valerie was incredibly rude to my Girl Friend and I. We stood waiting for roughly a minute before she even noticed we were standing there waiting to be checked out. Then when I asked a simple question she was extremely rude. If you can order your products online I'd suggest doing that before wasting time here.

STAY AWAY. Took our dog for grooming. They said the pet was relaxed during the grooming, but after payment, they said it had diarrhea, and he smelled like poop now. He was healthy until we dropped off. They won't say price if you add any add-on packages, so you will get sticker shock.
After reading a few reviews here, someone from Petco will say thank you for feedback and they will share the review with the team.
Don't bother, it's not going to help, because customers keep getting such experience.

Took my dog to get groomed and bathed. They did a very poor job cutting his hair and didn’t bathe him even though I paid for the bath. Never going back.

I usually have the same great experience. Get what I need & go. The cashiers are always friendly. I wish I didn't have to have a prescription card for my cat’s food. Why is it needed?
