“It’s Rockler, so you know it’ll be somewhat spendy and high quality. But it’s an absolute Mecca is you are into woodworking. The store is very nice and the live wood section is pretty cool. You can also find unique exotic woods which are actually pretty reasonable in price (the zebra wood is spectacular and I’ve never seen purple wood before). Most of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They’ll help you search for anything your looking for or even give you project advice and help. But you have to watch out on sales. Item X with configuration A may be on sale, but Item X with configuration B isn’t (think slightly different hole pattern or no hole pattern). Which is why I say most of the staff is friendly (one staff person didn’t appreciate when I asked about this).”

“We called this location this afternoon to ask about some specific HVAC duct supplies and the person we spoke to (Conrad? I'm not sure of his name) was awesome. Very helpful and friendly, even knowing he didn't have what we needed. He checked inventory at their Plano store and we went there to make the purchase. It was one of the most helpful interactions I've ever had. The people in the Plano store were very helpful and friendly as well.”

“A gentleman named William helped us cut a pvc pipe today and I thought he was the coolest and friendliest guy I have seen in a while. Another employee came by to help and he was nice as well but I don't know his name. People like this deserve great reviews!”

“This is my neighborhood Lowe's. I wanted to say that it's always been a great experience coming to this location but one employee that really went above and beyond was Norman. I was having a hard time getting air in my tire and Norman happened to walk by, noticed, and offered to help. He proceeded to help me get some air into all my tires and let me know that the pressure gage was broken and so would not know the amount of tire air pressure in each tire. He then offered and walked quite far to his car to get his tire gage and helped me measure and get air in my tires. He was a lifesaver as my hubby was out of town and my friend and I were totally confused. Thanks goodness for Norman who went out of his way to help! What an exceptional associate!”

“Huge store, and I've had good luck findings things here that other stores didn't have. However, the biggest asset of this store is the employees. They are helpful, and some of them are incredibly knowledgable. I mean way over the top "in the know."Heck, last time I was there they even had someone helping people checkout at the Self Checkout registers. That was awesome!”
