I had been to express store at stonebriar mall yesterday.i purchased an earring that was 40% off. I had $10 and $15 express cash available.I ended up losing more money as i used all all the express cash at once. At that point i didnt know the total was $16 before i used all my available express cash. It would have been kind on the staff part if she had told me that i would end up losing my available express cash if i used both. I felt like i have been fooled. I went back when i saw the receipt but she failed to credit me back the amount. She gave me a mean look and wasnt friendly at all. She is the current supervisor at the store.I am not comfortable shopping here again and would never go back to this store.

I’ve seen some bad reviews and I’m not sure about everyone else but Alyanne (not sure if I spelled her name right sorry) was so very kind to me and my husband helping us to find everything we needed I had put some stuff on hold and needed help finding the other sizes and she didn’t just brush me off like what usually happens now at stores these days. She had a smile on her face and was glad to help. I’m not one to leave reviews but I appreciate her helping us out. She’s awesome
