I recently had the pleasure of working with Richa Pathak at BaylorScott&White Therapy Center. Throughout my sessions, she took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and develop a personalized treatment plan. Thanks to Richa’s expertise and guidance, I’ve mad significant progress in improving my mobility and managing my pain. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of exceptional physical therapy services.

I tore my ACL and Meniscus while at work performing acrobatics. I coach tumbling and competition cheerleading, so an injury like this was completely devastating and debilitating. After surgery, I was worried about the amount of time it would take for me to get back on my feet. With the knowledge and support of my physical therapist Richa Pathak I was already feeling 50% back to normal in just 3 short weeks of therapy. My experience here has been nothing short of incredible and I would highly recommend this professional institute and friendly staff to anyone who has suffered an injury like I have. I still have work to do and I know recovery can seem like such a long process. Nevertheless, I can rest easy knowing that I’m in such caring and capable hands.

I had a acl and lcl reconstructive surgery. Everyone here has been great!! I've made so much progress from when I first started. I've saw them all Andrew, Richa, Jeff and few others. They're all great and have gotten me where I need to be. God bless them all, they're good at what they do. Jeff makes you work that's for sure? I leave out of there sweating when I work with him, but it's all good bc I can't expect to get where I need to be if it's a breeze!!

I had a "frozen shoulder" recovering from my heart surgery, very painful and limited movement. Richa has been wonderful to work with getting my mobility back to where it should be, and she's great to talk with while I do my physical therapy and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and BSW Rehab!

PT here is knowledgeable. I have been suffering from severe bilateral elbow pain for 6 months. I have tried everything, but nothing worked. PT Richa Pathak took time to listen and gave me the right exercises, which decreased my pain and gave me relief. I am now able to work at least 50% of my capacity. Hopefully, this will be 100 % as we progress to our PT Sessions. Thank you, Ms. Richa.

My Therapist Jeff was a caring individual who made sure I understood I was doing my exercises correctly. He also answered all my questions and made sure I understood how these exercises were helping my joints etc. This place was of course clean and very friendly.

I had an extremely bad experience at this center. The front desk gave me an absolutely wrong estimate on my out of pocket expenses and finally ended up charging me with $375 for a 1 hr therapy session for IT Band. Knowing the expenditure is very important for any patient, and this miscommunication resulted in an extremely bad taste for me. I asked for a discount since i was miscommunicated - but they tossed me between select medical and the center and took weeks to respond back. Without any resolution i finally paid off the amount and will NEVER EVER visit this center again.

Geoffrey did an excellent job diagnosing my pain issue and introduced a series of exercises to relieve the pain. His knowledge and experience weighed in my favor as he introduced additional exercises to perform. We are early in the process but his instincts have helped me early.
