I came to the store to get a drink never had any issues with the employees until I met the employee sam. I handed him the money in his hand. After the purchase was done. Sam through my money on the counter. I had said next time you better hand me my money in my hand. The manager responded saying next time better count the correct change. He don't deserve to be a manage at this location at 8999 Fm423. I was use to friendly customer service after he got there the customer service had went downhill. Great job selecting employees especially manager who don't how to treat employees.

Please pay attention to the male cashier in the early morning on Saturdays. When he rang up my Smart water, I was told there was a promotion on Smart water and I could get another one for only an additional $0.12. I thought, GREAT so I go and get another and when he rang it up there was indeed a promotion but not for $0.12, it was an additional $1.50. When I brought it up to him, all he said was “so you don’t want it?” I should’ve been addressed with something like, “I’m sorry for the confusion” or “let me fix it due to my error,” but he was very unconcerned which gives me the inclination that he has been misleading many others as well. I have a business myself and it’s of upmost importance that I DO NOT intentionally mislead my customers considering they’re the ONLY reason I stay in business. I appreciate each of my customers yet I did NOT feel appreciated today as a customer, which is why I felt the need to let not only the store know but others that frequent this store to make sure they aren’t being misled. The difference of $1.50 may not seem like much, but it could be for someone who doesn’t have a lot and it definitely adds up if 15 others come in and make the mistake of buying items at increased prices all due to misleading statements made by the clerk.

This is the worst 7-Eleven I have ever been in. If you go there in person it's always filthy. If you order something whether through the 7-Eleven app or another delivery service they are almost always out of any food ordered and usually other items as well.

Pretty terrible customer service over a restroom stop. I’ve been in retail for 13 years and do Loss Prevention for AT&T. I was in the restroom, and the cashier knocked once. I said “just a minute”, granted maybe not loud enough. They knocked again, I ignored it. They knocked a third time as I was washing my hands and wrapping up my business and literally yelled “5 minutes and I’m opening the door”. Excuse me? Love the invasion of privacy. I walk out and the cashier (Caucasian older female) was bad-mouthing “maybe if I tell them I’m opening the door they’ll realize I’m going to open it and say something” to which I asked her “excuse me” and I am being yelled at that I didn’t say anything the first time and that if I don’t anything that “my customers will come to me and tell me the bathroom is locked”. Don’t yell at me over a restroom break. If you hate your job, I get it but you still don’t have a right to take it out on customers. I walked out and didn’t say a word as she continued yelling. Garbage customer service and I do hope someone is held accountable.

The lady working the front counter today has a horrible attitude and is very rude for absolutely no reason. She really should find a new job (not a job dealing with customers) that will make her happier instead of projecting her feelings on customers. She seems to be very unhappy with her life to feel the need to treat anyone so poorly. She should be disgusted with how unprofessional she is and I truly hope she can learn and become a nicer person to society. Very very unprofessional.
