Ben and another gentleman helped us out with everything we needed. The paint is better quality. I didn’t have to wait long time like box stores and the staff explained all our options.

The gentleman was great. He asked questions, helped with square footage needs and was extremely particular with my custom color request. Plus the paint is great!

Highly not recommending them. Online order placed at 1:00pm. Got here at 4:20. Chat with the guy just to hear paint wasn't even made. Dude made the paint at 4:24 and done at 4:30. Like what???? No one checks at least every hour for online orders?? Didn't even get a reason why it wasn't done. Not even apologetic either. Online orders are used for the convenience of being able to pick it up when I get there. If I wanted to lounge around waiting and look around I would just show up and order the paint then and there. There was like 4-5 lazy bodies in this store....

Both employees on duty were extremely helpful. We compared some hues in the computer to make sure I didn’t make any additional “too gold” mistakes. Also, the gentleman carried all the heavy products to my car. Top notch.

Worker (Chad) was uninformative about the spray rig parts. Graco replacement spray tip was over priced . I had to pay it to simply get the gasket that had failed.

Never have I ever had such a great experience in a paint store. I've always used the Alvin location in the past, and I will never go back there from now on because Friendswood is now where I will be going every single time I need paint. The staff there was absolutely amazing. Charles helped me from start to finish with choosing the right color, the right durability, and then even giving me three or four tips on other home projects I had just kind of randomly brought up. He also offered me the online $10 off coupon. It was his first day at this store. I'm blown away. Thank you Charles at the Friendswood Sherwin Williams paint store because you are awesome!

So.... I know there's a million of these - seems like one on every corner and I've probably been to more than I care to count over the years. HOWEVER..... as I expected - the selection was great, service was awesome.... but you just can't beat the way people are treated in this store. They definitely go above and beyond. I love the small town feeling with the BIG CITY knowledge of the staff here!

Big store very busy. Morning tough to get paints so usually get it day before. They have colorsnap laser to match the color accurately if you bring 1in/1in piece
