Having my car repaired at Big Star Cadillac was a wonderful experience, well beyond my anticipated expectations.
The repair process was completed as planned and without any complications.
I have always felt confidence in the quality of any repair I have received at Big Star Cadillac. I have never had any problems with any repairs completed at Big Star Cadillac.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I had to make an exception. I was sold a lemon.
First off, Jason was awesome. Made the proccess smooth and easy, and really looked out for me.
Second, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEIR USED VEHICLES. The "100-point inspection" deal they sell is pure BS. Just a week of ownership, check engine light came on, along with an error code. I replaced that (MAP) sensor myself. Shortly after, my drive belt blew. Paid for that out of pocket. And now, half a year into ownership, my transmission output sensor has gone bad, throwing more error codes. 100-Point Inspection? What did they inspect, the tires? I'm sure they sell nice new cars, can't go wrong with that, but if you plan on buying a used car, you'd better purchase the extended warranty... if they allow you to add one, that is.

I bought my brand new cardilac in June and it has a fault this September. It suddenly had brake failure while driving with my kids in the car. Cardilac took the car and they didn't give me a loner car, it's been up to one week now, they didn't call to give update. I have a 5months old baby, a 2 years old toddler and two other kids in school that I pick up by myself under the sun without a car. I called cardilac and they have no explanation, I am devastated and disappointed with this. Cardilac has really messed things up for me.

I need shocks on my truck right now & I just bought it Friday! Once I figured it needed shocks… I was told that the vehicle had been inspected (A LIE) & it that it would be fully covered under the warranty. Well, guess what? The shocks aren’t covered & they informed me that it was nothing that could be done to fix it on their behalf unless I paid for it. Shocks on the truck that I purchased is 800 dollars a piece plus labor! Who wants to fix a vehicle they just bought & pay thousands of dollars? They sold it to me knowing that it needed shocks & now of course there is nothing they can do because the purchase has already been made. I bought this vehicle for my wife & as soon as she got in her drive became unpleasant. She can’t even enjoy because we have to make those repairs. I’ll never do business here again! Integrity is a must for me! I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle here especially a preowned one… let this be your warning!

I had a great buying experience. Cris, my sales rep, took care in explaining and answering my questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was pleased with my finance options and it was very easy. The delivery of my vehicle to my home by Deyme was great. The car looked like a shiny, new penny and Deyme demonstrated and helped me set up the features on the car that were important to me. I would definitely buy from Big Star Cadillac again.

I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler in November of 2023. I have left numerous countless messages with various people. As of May 2024 I have still not got the transaction completed concerning still not having my title or registration. They also promised me a 2nd key and when I went to pick up the vehicle there was no 2nd key. They promised that they would send me a 2nd key, unfortunately I still have not received that either 6 months later now! Hopefully this review gets some attention from the dealership to get these issues finally resolved and I will make sure to update my review accordingly!
Update: September 2024:
After many more numerous phone calls, emails and voicemails we finally did receive the additional key that was promised. Very disappointed that such a simple promise took nearly a year to be fulfilled. Apparently they were hoping we would have given up and accepted their empty promise months ago! Proceed with great Caution dealing with this dealership!
