They put someone else’s gas on my pump. Then made me go inside and pay for the other guys gas. The guy was rude when I told him he needed to just charge me for a full tank. Blaming me for their mistake. Will not be back. They need to learn customer service .

Every time I walk-in around 5:30am the cashiers are walking around no mask standing out customers waiting touching themselves and not using sanitizer letting some people use the personal cups for coffee and drinks and telling other customers they can’t bring personal cups these past months the staff has changed hate to say it now they have lazy unsanitary workers

Currently during covid-19 I got gas before work here and I needed the gas receipt for work files but the machine was out of paper. I accidentally forgot my mask at home and went inside and with a shirt pulled up a bit to cover my nose and mouth but the clerk who claimed to be the manager refused to give me my receipt because I didn’t have a mask and when I asked to buy a mask she continued to refuse any service and ignored me when I asked for a contact number for someone higher up. Wouldn’t expect this behavior from a manager. How do I obtain a mask if the store is refusing to sell me one they have sitting on the shelf? Meanwhile people are eating food in the back of the store with no masks. That’s the last time I give this establishment any of my business

Manager is a complete a******* very condescending and has no clue what customer satisfaction is as well on giving decent service! She has no business managing that stripes, I will be contacting corporate about her.

Thank you strips this is been an awesome experience the bathrooms are clean the help is so polite and professional and AI really appreciate it my husband and I travel quite a bit in the vehicles and we have the had the best experience here than we have in a long time

Fine if you never want to get gas. 70% of the pumps are always out of service here. Drive one more mile to Shell or Kroger. Their pumps always work!
