WORST customer service EVER!!! I had been coming to this location for over 2 yrs and was very happy but there’s been an obvious staff and management change. Very disappointed at the service and how I was treated that I left and drove all the way to Hulen Mall Zales where their store manager Julia was amazing! I will never go to the Chapel Hill location again and would rather drive out of my way to see Julia. Save yourself the trouble and hassle and go see Julia.

Bought another tennis bracelet and it fell off my wrist too the 6th one you think I would learn by now but damn I feel like sales owes me a bracelet at this point I’ve bought 6 and they all jsut fall off and are jsut lost!

Lexi and Christian were wonderful to work with. They were very friendly and knew a lot about their product. This is the best experience I’ve had at a Zales and I will definitely be going back to this location!

The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. Lexi helped me pick out a beautiful necklace for Mother’s Day. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the product. I highly recommend going to visit her at this location!

Why is it that they always claim to call or leave a message. NO ONE LEFT A MESSAGE OR CALLED. Been waiting on an item for almost two months and "as far as you are concerned, someone tried to reach me" Was it you???...

Do not purchase insurance. Zales will not honor it. Zales will offer a product of the same value as a replacement, but then not honor the offer. Zales will inform customer that they have a customer service ticket, but no one will call. It has been 3 months.

Horrible customer service. Ladies who work there are rude and disrespectful, no regard to human emotion. Will be going to a different Zales from here on out.

Natalie was superb friendly she greeted me at the door and asked what I was looking for, then she directed me to Lexi who was so helpful in finding exactly what I wanted she gave very precise information on delivery I asked to be called if anything happened when a week later I got a phone call from Melissa telling me one of my orders have arrived and called me again to tell me my last order has arrived I felt so informed and cared for by these three wonderful ladies and would recommend to anyone!! ?
