If I had to summarize my experience with Mo and Vision Mortgage Group I could easily say it was smooth and painless. He guides you through the process every step of the way. He truly cares about all of his clients. I never felt like just a number on a spreadsheet, he ensured my unique circumstances were addressed and went above and beyond to make sure my dream home was obtainable. Mo made something possible that seemed nearly impossible. And from another state at that! We moved to Texas back in August last year and buying the home of our dreams seemed unreachable, but Mo took on the difficult task of helping us finance a beautiful home in Texas from his office in Albuquerque, New Mexico even though we had challenges to improve our credit. I got in touch with Mo for the purchase of our brand new home while I was still living in Alabama, looking to relocate to Texas. Mo was very straightforward about what we could and could not do within our budget, offered the perfect answers and advice for questions or concerns, and was extremely down to earth. This is the second time that I’ve purchased a home, but the first time I’ve purchased a home in Texas. Mo made the process stress free. He communicated consistently, effectively, and respectfully. When problems arose during the closing process on the Seller’s side, he immediately informed me of the problems, and told me how it would be fixed and when it would be fixed. The last lender I worked with was not this easy to work with. Mo made me feel like I was his number 1 priority at all times, and never let me down. During the home buying process in todays volatile market as interest rates are crazy high, Mo with Vision Mortgage, was a God send throughout the process ensuring every document was acquired in time to meet closing without having any delays on our end and was able to get us locked in at a great rate. I recently did a refi/equity loan with Mo even though rates have been going up. We were able to consolidate debt and reduce our monthly payment. Everything went smoothly and Mo was a pleasure to work with!

Mo Marwan and his team weren’t nothing but amazing during my home buying process. He was always a short phone call or text away, always was proactive and letting me know as things changed or progressed. He is very knowledgeable and on top of things! Applying for a home loan is exhausting. You have to find papers that you haven’t seen in forever, sign a bunch of documents, etc etc. At first I thought that this whole experience was going to be a nightmare but it wasn’t. Mo was very helpful and walked me through the whole process. If you ever have second thoughts on getting a mortgage don’t just go to Mo and he will make it happen. He’s amazing.
