I felt like I was over priced for a regular set of nails to be 70 dollars and then when asked for a basic pedicure they only focus is on the toe nail and they didn’t do a good job with that and then got the nerve to get a attitude if you tell them to fix it cause you don’t like it. You want my money so you will fix my nails like I want them.

I came here because I had admired the nails of a lady and she said this is where she goes. Boy was it a mistake for me! I like my nails short and square. I got super short, rounded then squared off, crooked nails. Maybe it was because the “tech” (who I think was actually the owner or manager) was more interested in everyone else coming in whom she knew. Her attention turned quickly to anything but doing my nails. It was very off putting and very rude. As a former nail technician I can honestly say I haven’t seen a set of nails this bad since I was in school and it was a very first set. My suggestion would be, pay attention to the customer in your chair, not the next 5 who walk in with a look of wishing you were working on them instead.

I've been coming here for a few years and the service I get is beyond amazing. Every where I got I get compliments on my nails. I tell everyone to come to vip nails. no matter what tech you get your nails are going to be steller. Nick does my nails so I'm partial to him. Best lil shop ever!

I went to get my nails done I had dip , but wanted acrylic. Sara was the girl who did my nails. I showed her what I wanted instead she said I think dip would be better . I said sure. She was not lying!!!! She knows what she is doing . Next appt 3 weeks !!
