After talking to the office I was confident in their moving ability. I got the full song and dance how they were so careful with belongings. WRONG. I have a broken chair that's been discontinued. I have a huge hole in the middle of my headboard, my nightstand leg is broken, along with countless other things and a scratch on my floor. The insurance payment they want to give is $220, not half of the headboard alone. They have been slow to respond since the move from hell in March. The nail in the coffin for me was one of the movers got my high school daughters number and texted and called her for weeks, he's at least 8 yrs older. This whole thing is a disaster. Avoid this company like the plague. Save yourself the heartache, I'm considering all my options, the $220 offer to make us whole was insulting at best.

James led a great team of guys. Kevin, Israel and Myron were all top notch and I will definitely be recommending anyone I know to use VMA when moving.

Very professional. On time, worked quickly and carefully. Will use them again in the future. I really like the fact that they only employ veterans and was so happy to support this business. Used twice now and will use again! And now Veterans has moved me a third time and if it's possible this group, Joseph, Cedric and Matthew were even more awesome!

The crew that came and moved our big furniture items from Colleyville and Euless (two different locations) to Decatur did a wonderful job! They were very efficient and handled our items with care. It was a full day (9:30ish-5PM). They wrapped many of our items and assisted with putting things back together. We are very pleased with their service and we would use them again. Highly recommend!

The crew did a wonderful job. Great communication, professionalism, and expediency. They took great care of my items. They never stopped hustling and bustling. I even asked them to help me with taking some shelves down and going to another floor to get some boxes. They jumped right into action and were so kind. They definitely made my move so much less stressful. Highly recommend!

Wish I had a better experience to share here.
Unfortunately, my move went from being nearly stress-free, to an obnoxious amount of stress at the expense of these guys. Although the office staff made a huge attempt at making this right, this was a nightmare.
3 movers showed up an hour and a half late, they were completely disrespectful to the house we were moving from and nearly the same in the new house. We were quoted based off the move of one 5 bedroom house and a small 2 bedroom apartment. We were told near the end of house #1 that the apartment would not happen, but they would try their best. I went round and round with the gentleman in charge and the office staff. We were later sent a 2nd crew and truck, but did not wrap up until almost 8 pm. 10:30-ish AM to almost 8 pm - wild.
Walls were dinged, filth was left, furniture dropped down stairs and broken, and more importantly furniture was broken and not assembled to safe standard. The furniture was broken and the crew attempted to 'neatly' please furniture to hide the broken pieces. They did not intend to let me know.
I would have left 1 star, but they did find a way to get the apartment moved, so they get a 2nd star. As a Veteran myself, I was excited to use this company. However, if you are looking for a stress-free move. . .this is not the ONE.

We have used them for 3 moves and they have been great each time! We will use them if we move again and we recommend them to anyone we know who is moving.

Veterans Moving America did a great job moving some furniture to another town for me, and later in, packing some containers for moving across the country. They were on time, careful, and courteous. I would definitely book them again for moving. They are awesome!

I have used VMA twice now and they have been amazing both times. Great crews, very personable, respectful and professional. They take care of everything from taking down to putting back together.
