Thank you for the info on another review. I checked out your website to see if y’all were carrying beatbox new variety pack red, white and blue and you are! That’s was fast only 4 days after the review. So happy I don’t have to drive to alliance to get this pack and I can go my local total wine.

I love this place!!! They are the only liquor store that I have found that have mead!!! And if you don't like what you bought, you can bring it back with a receipt and get your money back or exchange it for something you do like.

The worst check out customer service Em was Em was so rude checking us out! I love Total Wine and everyone else there was so sweet. But she needs to be retrained in her approach. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. We had both of our kids with us and was so rude when asking us if they were our kids almost accusing us of buying liquor for under age children we are not ignorant we know that is against the law. I even offered to show my children’s ID and she just ignored me.

Poor poor judgment.
They didn't sell liquor to my friend because I had came in with her but I walked out and since I didn't show my ID they refused... so it gave "I'm watching the black folks" the manager comes up and tells her he can pull cameras ... OK BET. So we brought her mama in.. they didn't check her ID. The cashier, Ms Lord Faarquad, started to chuckle when I was discussing with the manager how I thought they handled this situation poorly. He replies "we have discretionary on who we choose to card" ... DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST .. because my friends mother looks younger than us ? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & the manager was worse. Never again!

Whoo hoo!! Every time we go here, we spend too much(good thing). Down side, they didn't have my kalua mudslides nor the bottles of reg cayman jack margaritas. Loved the staff.

Saw a girl get turned away for not having her ID, would make sense if she was buying any form of alcohol. All she was trying to buy was a bottle opener. They then turned me away because my partner didn’t have her ID. Based on these reviews I’m reading, I doubt I’ll be able to go back and get what I need even if I dropped her off at home. Can’t wait for the same copy pasted comment about how they’re sorry we didn’t have a good experience and that they’ll do absolutely nothing to change it.

As long as SYLVIA world here you’ll always have me as a customer. She was extremely wonderful and patient. Very knowledgeable and knows what or how to get close to what the customer wants. Store was also nice and neat. 10 stars.

Extremely rude employee who refused to sell us anything bc she didn't believe that we were over the age of 21 even though we both showed 2 different forms of ID saying otherwise.
Extremely horrible customer service.

I had a decent first experience here. Unfortunately, the cashier Abigail did not ask me if I had a rewards account with them so I missed out on points for my purchase. I was not offered samples while shopping around. Two days later I made a return on a case of Vizzy I purchased and Shane handled it smoothly. Apparently they don't typically take returns on hard seltzers but that is not listed on their website or back of receipt. I had called the corporate line prior to ensure I could make my return as I was unaware of the previous lawsuit with Vizzy. The store is very well organized and labeled. It is easy to find the type of alcohol you are looking for. Please note they are closed on Sundays!
